WHAT ARE OSRAM AND SPECIALLY DESIGNED LEDS?
OSRAM LEDs are genuine German designed LED chips that are produced by OSRAM, one of the leaders in LED technology. These make up the main spot beam LEDs in the centre of the light bar. The outside LEDs have been specially designed for superior lumen output and spread beam pattern, and have been paired with the OSRAM LEDs for an excellent combination of spot and spread.
CAN THE MOUNTS BE SWAPPED INWARDS FOR A SMALLER MOUNTING FOOTPRINT?
Yes, you can reverse the mounts so that the feet point in towards the body of the lightbar, for tighter installs.
CAN THESE LIGHTS BE MOUNTED UPSIDE DOWN? OR, CAN I HANG THE LIGHT BAR OFF THE MOUNTS?
Yes, the included mounts are long enough that the light bar can stand upright, or the mounts can be rotated upward so that the light can be positioned under a bullbar rail or roofrack.
WHAT DOES IP68 MEAN?
The IP rating is the Ingress Protection rating. The 6 means the lightbar is dust proof with no dust ingress. The 8 is the waterproof rating meaning it can be fully submerged under pressure for long periods with no water getting in.
