Click & Collect
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Click & Collect Terms") govern the use of the Click and Collect service ("Click & Collect Service") offered by Outdoor Supacentre Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”). By using this Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.2 These Click & Collect Terms apply in addition to the 4WD Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms of Sale) that apply when you buy product(s) from the 4WD Supacentre website. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these Click & Collect Terms and the Terms of Sale, these Click & Collect Terms take precedence.
2. Service Availability
2.1 The Click & Collect Service is available only at participating locations and for select products. The participating locations and products may change from time to time without notice.
2.2 We reserve the right to set limits on the maximum number of items that may be purchased through the Click & Collect Service and to vary these limits from time to time.
3. Order Placement and Confirmation
3.1 Orders to be collected using the Service must be placed through our 4WD Supacentre website or App.
3.2 If you would like to be able to collect your products from a 4WD Supacentre, please use the "Pick up location" button on the product webpage to see if your products are in stock at your local 4WD Supacentre store. At the checkout page you will be provided with an opportunity to select the “Click and Collect" option and to choose a participating 4WD Supacentre retail store to collect the products from.
3.3 An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the check out process. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request and sets out the details of the ordered products (Order Confirmation).
3.4 The products offered for the Click & Collect Service on the 4WD Supacentre website are subject to availability.
3.5 After receiving your order, Outdoor Supacentre will check that the relevant products are in stock at the 4WD Supacentre retail store that you have chosen to collect your products from. We will contact you if there are any issues with availability of the products ordered. Once your order has been prepared for collection by our team, you will be sent an email and SMS notifying you that the products are ready for collection (Collection Confirmation).
3.6 Please do not proceed to your nominated 4WD Supacentre retail store until you receive your Collection Confirmation.
3.7 The contract of sale is not concluded until we have confirmed that the items are ready for collection in the Collection Confirmation.
4. Payment and Prices
4.1 Payment must be made at the time of order placement through our secure online payment system.
4.2 All prices are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
4.3 The products, prices and promotional offers (if any) made on the 4WD Supacentre website and App only apply to orders placed on the 4WD Supacentre website and App. The products, prices and promotional offers may be different from those available in 4WD Supacentre retail stores and in stores operated by dealers who sell a selection of 4WD Supacentre and Kings products.
5. Collection of Orders
5.1 We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders will be ready for collection within the specified time frame provided in the Order Confirmation. The 4WD Supacentre retail store that you have chosen to collect your products from will hold your products for up to 14 days following the date of issue of the Collection Confirmation. Please check store opening hours before collection.
5.2 You must bring the Order Confirmation (printed or electronic) and a valid photo ID for verification. You may also be required to sign for the collection of the products. If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may nominate a representative who must present the Order Confirmation and a valid photo ID. Uber Deliveries and third party couriers are NOT authorised to collect goods on behalf of customer.
5.3 Once your products have been collected, you will receive an email and SMS from us confirming that the products have been collected.
6. Title and risk in the products
6.1 Ownership of the products will pass to you on the later to occur of: (i) payment in full for the products; or (ii) collection of the products by you. The products will be at your risk from the time of collection.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
7.1 To modify or cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer service centre on 1800 88 39 64. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated as we may already have commenced processing your order. For any modifications or cancellations, we will need to process the modification or cancellation in accordance with our Returns Policy.
8. Uncollected Orders
8.1 Orders must be collected within 14 day from the date of issue of your Collection Confirmation.
8.2&bsp; If you have not collected the order by the end of the 14 day period, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.
9. Refunds and Returns
9.1 If you do not receive the correct products, or all of your Click & Collect order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible but in any case but in any case, within 7 days of collection so that the issue can be rectified. 4WD Supacentre’s Returns Policy will apply to products purchased using the Click & Collect Service.
10. Product Availability and Substitutions
10.1 In the event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund.
11. Liability
11.1 We will use our reasonable endeavours to have your order ready within 2 hours of your Order Confirmation. However, in some circumstances, we may be delayed or fail to have your order ready within that time frame. We recommend waiting until you receive your Collection Confirmation before travelling to collect you order. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any delay or failure in the collection of your order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Click & Collect Service is, in the case of a claim relating to:
12 Nothing in these Click & Collect Terms excludes, restricts, modifies or limits your rights and remedies under, or the application of the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Data Protection
13.1 We collect your personal information in order to process your order. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
14. Changes To Terms
14.1 We reserve the right to amend these Click & Collect Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective and apply immediately to any new Click & Collect orders placed after the changes take effect.
