PROJECT OVERVIEW
STEP 1

To mount the lights, place LED Rock Light in desired location, ensuring there is sufficient length to reach your switch location. Check your local regulations to ensure you mount them in a legal location on the vehicle.

STEP 2

Clean the area and mark mounting points. You can use masking tape to make it easier. Add the rubber mount to the back of the light and feed the wire through. Cut a notch out of the rubber so the wire sits flush.

STEP 3

Drill pilot holes in marked points, then drill holes with a 4mm-4.5mm drill bit. Deburr the hole and add paint to the area to prevent rust.

STEP 4

Attach the light using provided mounting pads and included nuts, bolts and washers. If mounting to a tube-bar or rounded surface, the curved mounting pad would work best. Add a thread-locking compound to help prevent the nut from getting loose when off-road.

STEP 5

Connect all four of the Lights to the splitter harness.

STEP 6

Connect splitter to desired switch. If you’re using a KINGS wiring harness, cut the trigger wires off the harness and attach a fuse and terminal to the positive, and a terminal to the negative. As these need to be connected directly to the battery so you aren’t relying on a high beam trigger. Cut the wiring short if needed to keep it tidy. OR if you’re using a touch pad switch panel you need a two-pin deutsch plug, the positive connected to one of the screw terminals in the fuse box and earth the negative wire. Light colour interchanges when turning off and on. Eg On: White, Off, On: Amber
