Do we do installation and how much is it?
Superior Offroad 4WD in Smithfield NSW offers installation, however our other three stores do not have workshops attached. Please contact Superior Offroad 4WD directly for a quote on the products you would like installed.
Can I redirect my shipping address if it’s transit?
This is possible depending on individual circumstances and shipping times of different products. Please call our customer service team on 1800 883 964 if you require a special request like this and we’ll do our very best to help you if it’s possible.
Can I use my voucher over the phone or is it online only?
Vouchers won through Supacentre promotions work in store, over the phone, and online. For the quickest, easiest way to use your voucher, we recommend you use your code online.
What courier company does 4WD Supacentre use?
4WD Supacentre uses multiple courier companies. The courier used will be the one that best services your area.
Is there a 4WD Supacentre store in WA?
Not currently, there are 4WD Supacentre stores in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. For more info check our STORES page!
Why is shipping to WA so expensive?
We are working with our freight company to reduce costs, but at this point the main factor is the distance. 4WD Supacentre only currently has warehouses in Queensland and Victoria.
Does 4WD Supacentre sell any other products? Like Bullbars?
Everything we sell is listed on our website! Unfortunately we don't currently sell Bullbars or other barwork.
Do we sell spare tyre holders?
Unfortunately not at this moment.
Why is there no “pick up” option online?
Our website doesn’t currently offer the ability to purchase online + select local pick up, so if you do want to pick up your goods from one of our stores, you will need to place a phone order with them or pay them a visit.
Can a customer create their own “Bundle deal” online?
Not at this time. We have many combo deals available for easy online purchase but if there’s a unique bundle you want to create please get in touch with our sales team on 1800 88 39 64.
Why is the freight to NT and WA so high?
Our freight is calculated using national courier services’ zones. Parts of WA and the NT fall into their remote zone (as opposed to metro), which is why freight to some of these areas is higher.
Is pre-order for delivery only ? is there stock in the store?
Items on pre-order are not available for pick up in store. If you want to pre-order a product for in-store pickup, please phone the store you’ll be picking it up from to place the order.
Can I organise my own courier to pick up goods from the store?
Unfortunately, this isn’t an option we offer. The two easiest ways to get your goods from 4WD Supacentre are to buy online and have our partner courier service deliver to your door, or to visit one of our stores yourself to pick up your goods.
Will the store call me once my goods have arrived to pick up?
Yes, the customer will receive a call or email from the store where they purchased the item from/where it is being picked up from.
If product is “in stock now” when will I receive my order?
If a product is “in stock now”, it will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of payment being made (Please allow longer if ordering around weekends and public holidays).
