29th of November my 13 month old Kings 85 lt fridge decided it didn't want to work took it into Parkinson was told one to three days,, six days later, I'm told there was 50 warranty products in front of me so it could be seven days before my claim is looked at, doesn't really look like their products last very long if this is the amount of warranty claims in one store that takes six days to look at, I will be getting a replacement if it found to be faulty which is hard to deny when it doesn't work so looks like I have to take a chance on having it for another 13 months or more I have, they're call centre in Canberra got me to get a call back I was number three in the queue one and a half hours later I rang up I was number five in the queue and got through to a consultant before I got a ring back, can't say I'm overly impressed with 4 wheel drive superstore at the present moment, let's see what happens from here on in

Update. Kings headquarters social contacted me and arranged a warranty refund. It’s taken a couple of weeks but it’s now resolved. Jayden at the store was very helpful and I’d give him 5 stars for helping out. The GT RTT brackets do not have the required components to fit the 270 degree awning so beware. You’ll have to get more SS bolts and nuts and washers. Manager tried to deceive me into taking a grand tourer tent that wouldn’t work with their awning and bracket system, after being told to return the first one because it would not be covered under warranty if the awning was installed . They have changed the tent from a bolt system to a rivet system. The awning hasn’t been tested on the new rivet tent. The manager showed me a picture of bolts on the replacement tent but when I checked it was riveted!! Where did she get the photo and then tell me it was from the tent about to be loaded on my vehicle!! They now have my money the tent and the brackets and I’m waiting for a resolution.

My Carer and I visited 4x4 Super centre Parkinson yesterday, the 5th of Dec, 2025. We were immediately greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Louise. She was more than happy to help us with our enquiries and also give us other options that had longer warranties. Louise was very knowledgeable in the items we were looking for and took the time to listen to what we required and did not rush us in any way to make a decision. Louise was so very kind, approachable and courteous, it was a very happy and positive visit and we will definitely be returning for any future purchases. Merry Christmas Louise and thank you x 🎄🎁🎊💜
