Had a look around here and the experience was a bit mixed. There’s a lot of stock and the prices are low, so it’s good if you’re looking for cheaper options. One of the drawers on display was broken and felt quite rattly, which didn’t give much confidence in the build quality. The store also felt a bit disorganised. When asking about prices, staff didn’t seem sure, which made things a bit harder than it needed to be. We were also overcharged on one item. It was on special for $29.80 but we were charged $60, which we only realised once we got home. There was no barcode on it, so the staff member at the register looked at it and put it through manually at the wrong price, which was frustrating.

We are over the moon with the customer service at this shop! 🌟 Nina, in particular, goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal and feel completely taken care of. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough for all your camping and outdoor needs, the service and bargains here are unmatched anywhere in the region! Seriously, the boss should definitely shout the team lunch for all their hard work over Boxing Day and Christmas, they are just incredible at what they do!

I had a great experience at Kings Superstore thanks to Will. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to listen to what I needed and gave honest advice without any pressure. Will went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was after, and his customer service was top-notch. It’s not often you come across someone so helpful and genuine. Highly recommend asking for Will if you’re heading in — absolute legend!

This has to be the best kings store I’ve been to. The manager was so lovely and the visit was amplified by the phenomenal customer service by Nina. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and will be the highlight of your visit right after the great pricing !

Poor customer service, had to return a fridge/freezer to get tested. Was told it’s all good works fine . But when I went to get it the person that does all the warranty testing wasn’t there and no one could show me the test results to prove it works or the results he got. the guy I was dealing with was new but no one else stepped in to help him even though 3 staff members were standing around chatting. If you buy anything and have a warranty issue good luck with that.
