This has to be the best kings store I’ve been to. The manager was so lovely and the visit was amplified by the phenomenal customer service by Nina. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and will be the highlight of your visit right after the great pricing !

Thanks Kaitlyn!! We called in to have a look at the Supacentre on Saturday and by chance saw a kids stand up paddle board that we thought were end of life. We had been looking for a new paddle that suited this SUP. Kaitlyn was amazing and when we told her our predicament she managed to find a spare paddle for us and put the biggest smile on our little ones face. Fantastic store and friendly and polite customer service. Great store, the best supastore we have been to, and we will be back next time we are in Geelong! Shen and Steve

Had a great experience at 4WD Supacentre Geelong! The salesperson who helped me out was awesome — super helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. I forgot their name, but Blair served me at the counter and was great to deal with too. Awesome team and great service

We are over the moon with the customer service at this shop! 🌟 Nina, in particular, goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal and feel completely taken care of. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough for all your camping and outdoor needs, the service and bargains here are unmatched anywhere in the region! Seriously, the boss should definitely shout the team lunch for all their hard work over Boxing Day and Christmas, they are just incredible at what they do!

Such an outstanding representative of the business! Kings is so lucky to have someone who not only carries herself very well but also goes above and beyond for her customers from all walks of life. I came in not understanding why there was a 10% admin fee on their return policy but after Nina explained the steps as to why the company has this in place? I understood its fairness. Please reward Nina for her dedication & passion. Extremely passionate about her work which is very hard to come by in this day and age + industry!
