Had a look around here and the experience was a bit mixed. There’s a lot of stock and the prices are low, so it’s good if you’re looking for cheaper options. One of the drawers on display was broken and felt quite rattly, which didn’t give much confidence in the build quality. The store also felt a bit disorganised. When asking about prices, staff didn’t seem sure, which made things a bit harder than it needed to be. We were also overcharged on one item. It was on special for $29.80 but we were charged $60, which we only realised once we got home. There was no barcode on it, so the staff member at the register looked at it and put it through manually at the wrong price, which was frustrating.

Picked up a great upright 12v 85L fridge with bonus items for only $399 today. Great service and price. Thanks to Damien for advice and helping to take out and put in the car for us!

CAUGHT OUT LYING TO REFUSE REFUND. I bought the 700mm drawer to fit inside my canopy, the advertised external length is 735mm, this is obviously the overall length once the handle is attached and the drawer is fully assembled. Mine measured 747mm in total and as a result, did not fit where required. I returned to the store for a refund and was told to wait while a store member called their claims department, after some time she came back to me and said 'the 735mm is without the handle attached so there are no grounds for a refund'. Now obviously this isn't true as you wouldn't advertise the dimensions of something in its incomplete state. I left and filed a claim through their website. I received the same information as a reply and my claim was denied (see pic of email). Instead of arguing my point while knowing this was not true, I decided to lodge a new claim, this time for my drawer being 35mm shorter than advertised, as my drawer without handle was exactly 700mm, not 735mm. This time they replied stating that the advertised 735mm WAS in fact including the handle and that mine is right being 700mm without the handle. Again, my claim for refund was denied (See transcript of voicemail). Now obviously it's impossible for both of these claims by them to be simultaneously accurate but the fact remains that my drawer is not as advertised AND as a result not fit for purpose, thats two legal justifications for a full refund. If you have a read thought all the other negative reviews you'll notice a trend of legitimate claims for refund being denied for a range of ridiculous reasons.
