Friendly and helpful service from Harry today. Great value for money during the half yearly sale and getting a barbecue plate for camping with tongs deal made my experience very satisfactory.

Biggest shout out to IZZY. She is a absolute LEGEND. She was super super helpful today with so many items. So impressed with the knowledge She knew about all items we needed. We walked in for the BBQ and walked out with 2 trolleys worth cause this girl knew what she was talking about and we were sold. We had fair ideas of what we needed and wanted, but thought we will wait. But with the extra help today from Izzy we were like just chuck it in too. Super super happy with our purchases today. Camping is going to be AWESOME 👌

Awsome staff with friendly service. Have purchased items through both store's and have always been happy with their services. One small problem the Marquees is they say 3mts across and turned out to be 2.8mts. That's all other then this the kings products are amazing and well priced, especially in the combo promotions.

Purchased goods and was charged incorrectly. Had such an awful experience with customer service via phone and email to try to sort it out so I went back to the store to deal directly with the manager. I was thinking I would never return to this store however the store manager went above and beyond and completely changed my mindset, sorting out all the issues I was having.

Went to browse for camping, told i was only browsing, guy was really helpful and explained the items i might require for camping and things i might need in future. I will def go there and buy when i head out for camping when summer hits. Very good customer service from boys over there.
