​I am extremely frustrated with the deceptive customer service and unfair refund policy of this business. Do not recommend. ​I initially bought a battery for $189. Realizing I also needed a battery box, I called the store to upgrade my order. The staff told me they would cancel my credit card transaction so I could reorder. However, they went ahead and issued it as store credit instead of a card refund. ​Since I was going to buy from them anyway, I placed a new order ($189 store credit + $40.95 card payment). But when I checked the item, the battery box was not fully waterproof. When I went to the store for pickup, I asked for a partial refund ($40.95) for the box. They refused, claiming it was a "bundle" and said they could only refund about $30. ​When I asked for a full refund instead, they said they’d put $40.95 back on my card and the rest ($189) back into store credit. This was totally unfair. I called customer service, explained the situation, and was explicitly promised a FULL REFUND back to my credit card. ​It has been over a week, and no money has returned to my card. When I called again, they told me they had forced it into store credit YET AGAIN. I had to waste so much of my time explaining everything all over again, only for a female manager to stubbornly insist that it can only be refunded as store credit. ​I have absolutely no intention of ever using this place again. Forcing refunds via store credit against the customer's will and breaking promises made by their own team is unacceptable. I am currently lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) and the ACCC. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else.
