Best Customer Service from Vikki E at the Bendigo store, cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. A combined total of about 5hrs over 2 days spent assisting my husband and myself to set up our 4wd completely where we can just fill it with food and drinks and go. Her product knowledge and customer service were second to none, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, at the best possible price. What you can't see in the photo behind is the back seats laid down and the entire back full of boxes!! Will definitely be visiting you guys again if we need anything in the future! 😃

Posting on behalf of Wendy Mayne I have had nothing but bad experiences here, I don’t think I’ve ever ordered something and had the correct items actually show up for the order, an then instead of owning their mistakes, they act like it’s your fault for not noticing immediately that they gave you the wrong items. With the whole gazebo fiasco, my partner’s mum went IN STORE as we still had not received the replacement bag for the 6x3 gazebo, only to be told no one named “Jayden” works there, and it was probably their marketing team that responded and in order to get the replacement bag, she’d have to contact the head office. No one who works here actually communicates properly, and they’re so hell bent on getting that extra $40, they don’t care about customer service.

“Alex” was AMAZING!! I needed gift ideas and she showed me so many options, really took the time to help me and walked around providing suggestions and bonus deals/discounts. First time shopping in store and I was impressed with the layout and ease of shopping. Specials were great too. Thanks Alex for your help!!!!!
