I had an outstanding experience at Kings 4WD Supacentre Greenacre and wanted to give a special mention to Marina for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Marina was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different options available, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It's rare these days to come across someone who provides such a high level of customer care while still making you feel welcome and valued as a customer. The store itself was well stocked, organised, and had a great range of products, but it was Marina's attitude and willingness to go above and beyond that really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble, and her product knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right purchase. Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Kings 4WD Supacentre Greenacre is lucky to have Marina on their team. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and will happily recommend both the store and Marina to family and friends. We recently visited 4WD Supacentre to buy accessories for our caravan, and the service we received was outstanding. Marina assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient. She took the time to understand what we needed, provided helpful advice. Because of the excellent service we received, we will absolutely be returning for future purchases. She made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free, and she’s a real credit to the team. Highly recommended!

EDIT: I opened the box of the fridge drawer which has half the screws missing, a bracket missing and the top wood is completely bent - unable to use. I don't even want to try out the fridge now, what an absolute let down. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. Yesterday I bought a light bar and a fridge. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly, but unfortunately had no idea what he was talking about. Not only did he forget to give me the cables that were supposed to come with the purchase—meaning I now have to make another trip even though I live quite far away—but he also told me that certain mounting brackets weren’t included and that I could simply buy them from Bunnings. I then spent hours at Bunnings discussing these brackets with their staff because I was told they definitely sold them. When I opened the package today, I discovered the brackets were actually included all along. What wasn’t included, however, were any proper instructions showing how to install the brackets or even attach them to the light bar. Overall, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. The products are cheaply made, and the constant “specials” feel more like a way to lure people in than genuine value. For the same money, there are far better products available that won’t cost you hours of your life just trying to buy and install them.

We were looking for a basic camping setup (excluding tent) to start out and have been looking at various stores. Bumped into Sam on the shop floor, he took me and my 8 year old son around the whole shop and worked out the best deals to suit our set up. Walked out with everything we need to get started at what I consider great value. We had a very positive and fun experience overall, I highly recommend 4WD Supacentre/Kings Greenacre. Ask for Sam!
