We had an issue with a recently purchased lithium battery. We were traveling through Mackay on our way back to NSW. The team were very welcoming and ran a quick test on the battery which showed that it had failed. Jess was happy to swap the item for a new one and set us on our way. Thanks very much Jess.

Are willing to pay for a bundle promotion which is great… only to find out that they don’t have the stock? and when you ask the staff, they will reply rudely that they don’t know when is the next delivery and if I want a refund they can only allow in-house refund? whoever owe this store… please do contact me. I am really willing to give my advice.
