I had an absolutely fantastic experience at 4WD Supacentre Pimpama, all thanks to Nicky. It was a very busy Sunday, but despite the rush, Nicky took the time to patiently explain everything to us in detail. Her product knowledge was outstanding, and she made sure we fully understood our options without feeling pressured. She walked us through the available package deals and helped us choose the best setup for our needs. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, we ended up saving over $800 — something we wouldn’t have managed without her help! Nicky was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She is truly an asset to the store. I would highly recommend asking for her when you visit. She goes above and beyond for her customers

Title: Unsafe Product & Terrible Service I spent $2,500 on a roof rack at Kings, trusting staff advice that it was safe for my car. I even told them my car model and asked if it might be too heavy—they said it was fine. The rack is extremely heavy and unsafe, and many others warned me the weight is not safe for cars like mine. I returned it the very next day, yet staff refused any replacement or compensation. This experience was frustrating and upsetting, especially at the end of the year—I even cried because I trusted them and spent so much money. I cannot recommend this store.

Nice new big store. Wasn’t overly busy however only 2 people working the checkout and was taking a long time to process people.

I bought that roof top tent so I couldn’t feet it due to safety issues and no one advised me once I ask them for refund they said we can’t do anything, absolutely ridiculous customer service and not recommend this store at all
