Corey from the Bundaberg store was amazing. He went above and beyond to get us the best prices and deals. He was very helpful and professional with advice and his service was exceptional. Went into store Sunday 24 may to look at purchasing a fridge slide. Young sales guy Dan as normal super friendly & helpful on the floor. Great personality. He got my slide and my wife & i headed to the checkout where we were Very unfortunate to be served by Jacob s. (Name on reciept.)Well he needs to go and ask Dan how to serve customers. Stood in front of him while he was doing something on the computer which is way more important than at least looking up and and saying hello. I was about to walk out when he decided to inconvenience himself by having serve us. What a rude, unhelpful emloyee which made us feel that we were worth nothing as a customer. Obviously needs a lot of training on customer interaction. Very poor.

Best customer service from the counter team for my online order and pickup. He showed me some decent upgrades and some 2 for 1 deals. Store is a decent size so well worth the visit.

We were greeted by Sarah and she assisted us with lots of knowledge of the products that we were looking for Kenz on the check out was delightful the both were very happy and well spoken young ladies.

No service, 30min looking for something not one worker approached me to help or assist. Plus I was the only customer there ,very sad service. Kings is a great company and my experience in past has high standards of customer service. It was just a staff problem as why i posted the negative comments to bring to the owners/ manager attention. I love e kings products and will. Continue to use kings 4wd super centre 👌. Manager contacted me and apologised for his staff and is on to sorting out the issues of why this happened. I appreciated the phone call today and hope customer service is restored . I'll be back again soon. Thanks 😊
