I recently visited 4x4 Supacentre Bunbury to purchase a rooftop tent that had a sale price clearly displayed on the ticket attached to the product. When I went to make the purchase, I was told the sale had ended and that they would not honour the price shown, despite the ticket still being on display at the time, the worker tried his best to help me out but was instructed to make the call to Headoffice myself and explain the situation , was told I’ll get a call back waited in store for over an hour just for then to refuse to honour the price and was told they can refuse to even sell the product to me anymore This was very disappointing and frustrating, as customers should be able to rely on the prices advertised in-store. My understanding is that under Australian Consumer Law, businesses must not engage in misleading pricing practices, and displaying an outdated sale price can create confusion for customers. I left feeling that customer service was poor and that the issue could have been handled much better, especially given that the incorrect pricing remained on display. I would encourage the store to ensure tickets and promotional signage are updated promptly to avoid misleading customers in the future. The worker Antonio was great he had tried his best and couldn’t recommend him enough besides the fact of his upper management/ Headoffice refusing to follow state law on honouring a shelf price …

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Went to 4WD Supa Centre and bought two 1300 mm standard drawers at an amazing price! Hailey and Brodie from the team were absolutely fantastic — super helpful in finding the right product and making sure I got the best deal possible. Their service was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the experience — highly recommend checking them out!

Poor customer service. Was in the store for about 30 mins with no acknowledgement or greeting from the 2 staff on the floor. Couldn't find product and waited for help but none came. Waited at checkout for far too long with zero acknowledgement from staff. Won't be coming back. Would happily wait if there was some acknowledgement and customer service provided but there was nil. Store was not busy.

Dropped into 4WD Supacentre in Bunbury and was looked after by Brett, who absolutely went above and beyond. He assisted us with everything we needed, knew the products inside out, and made the whole process easy. Brett also put together the best deal available with combo packs, saving us money while still getting exactly what we were after. Great service, great value, and a genuinely helpful team. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re gearing up your 4WD.
