The staff were so helpful and actively tried to get us the best deals. We didn’t know much about anything to set up a Ute for camping and the sales/floor staff were extremely helpful in helping us decide what we needed to suit our needs. 1000% recommended. If (when) we need more equipment we will absolutely come back here.

Have been here a few times before and always had a good experience — the team was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my visit today was quite different. The staff member who seemed to be in charge came across as unfriendly and didn’t provide very helpful answers to my questions . It also felt like my questions weren’t taken seriously and I just became rudely answers. I was planning to make a fairly large purchase (around $1k), but this interaction put me off. Hopefully this was just an off day, as my previous experiences here have been positive.
