Very frustrating experience. Drove in from Penrith specifically to get a fridge/freezer that was on sale. Turned out there are rotating sales and the price was for yesterday only. Current deal was essentially the same just with an additional accessory. Asked if it could be matched, sales rep spent a very long time looking and then just quoted me the listed items. So returned the other items and left. Just bizarre and frustrating experience. Edit; Updated to 5 Stars. My initial review was 1 star which wasn't fair but I was very frustrated. Jayden and Dave have gone above and beyond to assist me. And that is greatly appreciated.

Really pissed with my experience today bought a bag was overcharged as price was different on display instead of refunding they provide me with a store credit for the difference which means they were clearly wrong. Took them 30 minutes to provide with store credit which I did not asked for because they are not trained for that or too provide refund. What am I gonna do with store credit if I ain't gonna shop again what a joke. Learn your job or quit guys !! Additionally waited 15 minutes to serve as blokes were sitting on camping chairs and having a chat and could not bother. They reply thank you for your patience. Mate come on get serious. Check your cameras at 2:10 to 2:30.

Needed a new battery for camping accessories, Matt was super helpful explaining what the best options were for my camping style and existing set up. He went so far as to check out the set up in person to make sure it would work and be safe with the new battery type. Felt comfortable and learnt a lot from his knowledge and ability to explain it all. Had a chat with another staff member (didn’t get his name) but very knowledgeable and friendly without pressure to buy. Great experience cheers

My partner and I were wandering around the area when we decided to check out some camping gear. Neither of us had ever done proper tent camping before, so we weren’t really sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in, the energy from the staff was amazing. Usually when I say I'm "just browsing," staff just nod and walk away. But here, one of the team members started up a conversation with us. They were super engaging and knowledgeable and shared things we didn’t even know. They made us feel welcome and genuinely interested in helping, even though we weren’t buying anything. We ended up checking out the rooftop tents too and met another staff member who was just as friendly and engaging. The whole experience was honestly fun; it’s actually motivated us to eventually take camping up as a hobby, and we’ll definitely be coming back. In short, the customer service was absolutely superb. Warm, helpful, and genuinely passionate staff.
