I was served by Heath when I went into the Wodonga store to buy synthetic rope for my winch. I asked Heath about an issue I had with the (very old) DC-DC charger on my ute. He answered all my questions in a very friendly and cheerful manner, was very knowledgeable on the products and informed me of the current 'Bundle' specials. I purchased the rope, a new DC-DC charger and he threw in 2 small rechargeable work lights. I was very impressed with the pricing, but most importantly, how helpful and cheerful Heath was. Great service and I highly recommend 4WD Supacentre, Wodonga.

Never again 😒 I bought a King's 90L fridge; it works awesome. About a week ago, I bought a battery pack to run it. I told the salesperson (a fantastic female salesperson, by the way) what fridge I had bought and asked for her advice. She was professional but said she didn't have knowledge of that product at that time. So she referred us to someone who could answer. I asked how long the battery would run the 90L fridge. His reply: "You might get 3 days, but surely at least 2 days when using half the fridge." Great, that's all I needed then. The maximum time was 17 hours; three times I tested it, all the same. The hassle of trying to get at least a store credit is an absolute nightmare; there is no direct phone number for the store, and yes, I was happy to pay extra to get the right product. I still have the battery pack due to the pain and hassle, and as far as going back to King's Camping, never again. Knowledge is king, but King's Camping's product knowledge is nil. Tell your staff not to give incorrect advice.

Nice place, the staff are very helpful and attentive. Although its a bit much at times, it does seem quite obvious that they are on commission. But I should be grateful for the attention and helpful service. Some people might think it's a bit much I guess. We got a great deal. Don't get many of those these days. Thanks team.

Don’t blame the bank Andrew! The entire process to get my money returned is disgraceful! It wasn’t done in the time frame you say!!!! Poor form to blame the bank! Where do I start!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Returning faulty equipment and getting your money back seems to non existent with this putrid business! It’s been 2 weeks now and still no refund!!! Their refund policy and process isn’t fully explained or exposed for the public to know! Dealing with poorly trained staff, the store you purchase from doesn’t refund you! Has to go through head office! The claims manager rang me on 3/6/25 and told me my money would be returned to my bank account overnight!! STILL NO MONEY!!!! The whole experience and process has been abhorrent! Do not buy from them! Consumer Affairs now involved! I would leave minus a thousand star rating if I could! Seems no one knows what they are doing!!!! Absolutely disgusting Haven’t been updated, not an email!!! I have had to chase them to GET MY MONEY RETURNED!!!!
