WHY IT’S A CRACKER OF A WEEKEND DESTINATION: Forster has so much on offer. From tough as nails low range tracks, to sensational beach driving and spectacular camping, it is deadset one of our favourite places to roll out your Adventure kings swag or setup your Adventure Kings roof top tent and get ready for an unforgettable wekend.

WHAT THE 4WDING IS LIKE IN THE AREA: 4WDing ranges from beach driving to tough muddy hill climbs, rock steps and deep ruts! Head out to Kiwarrak State Forest and then follow your nose. Tracks like slippery track, clay hill and the fenceline run are a heck of a lot of fun!

MODIFICATIONS NEEDED: a Raw 4×4 2in lift and a quality set of tyres are a smart idea, as well as a Domin8rX winch.

CAMPING AND FACILITIES: One of the best spots to camp at is Kylies Beach campground. It can get busy in the holidays but is a sensational well-kept spot to roll anAdventure kings swag.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT: Make sure you do the McBrides beach run. It’s literally five minutes from the town centre and is a cracker of a short low range track that finishes at a pristine little beach!

TOP TIP FOR VISITING THIS AREA: Head about an hour north to Wauchope, and shoot into the Cairncross state forest to give the Cairncross creek run a go. It’s an awesome tight technical creek run and is a heck of a lot of fun! You come out on a track that takes you up to a stunning lookout at the top of Mt. Cairncross.
