Hello, you're welcome! That was my first communication with one of the floor staff at Kings 4 by 4 super centre. Very helpful from the call centre to the floor staff at the Brendale/Lawnton shop, good product knowledge and ready to engage and help set your concept up whatever that may be. I'm currently fitting out a van and I need plenty of space. Damien on the floor was very helpful and slavos is also very helpful and seems to enjoy his work and position. I'd like to mention the staff at the call centre also they're very helpful and nothing is a problem. I've had my experience with Dave 1 and Dave 2 as well as Tim all good at their job and I believe they enjoy what they do by the way I was treated. Thank you Kings 4 by 4 supacentre I appreciate what you guys are doing and service is remarkable. I'm a happy camping customer...since I met you...

This deserves zero stars. Very disappointing experience with Kings. Our rooftop tent became faulty after only six months of normal use. When we visited the store, we were told the warranty claim would be approved and were asked to completely remove the tent, awning and solar panel from our vehicle—only to be told afterwards that they had no replacement stock. A simple stock check beforehand would have saved us over an hour of unnecessary work. We were then sent to another Kings store, requiring a two-hour round trip, only to discover that the replacement tent was missing the mounting hardware. We now have to make yet another trip. To make matters worse, our complaint to customer service took more than two months to receive a response, which was ultimately rejected. The lack of customer service, poor communication and unacceptable delays have been extremely frustrating. Our advice: if you're on a tight budget, save a little longer and buy from a reputable brand. Spending a bit more upfront will likely save you a lot of time, frustration and inconvenience in the long run.
