I bought two camping chairs online from this store and they turned out to be very uncomfortable — definitely not what I expected for the price. When I tried to return them, I was told there’s no refund policy, which is really disappointing. It feels like the store avoids offering refunds because Kings products are known for poor quality and probably get a lot of returns. Most reputable stores stand behind their products, but not this one. Terrible customer experience overall. I won’t be buying from them again and would recommend checking the return policy carefully before spending your money here. Update: They just replied saying that I shouldn’t have opened the product. How can I seat in the chair without opening? Haha I would highly recommend people to find companies that don’t have this kind of thing. There many companies that you can return products easily, because they know you there products are good

Was so pleasantly surprised how helpful and understanding these guys are at kings have to say brad help me get the right setup for my light bar I needed and gave me helpful advice

Great store, prices are awesome especially if you find one of their bundle deals that includes what you want. I ordered quite a few items online to click and collect and every one of them was cheaper than the main item if I bought it with another item in a bundle. Friendly staff both in store and at the loading bay.

23 Oct 2025 - I received an exceptional customer service by the Kilburn team today. Specially I would like to shout out to Dylan with the service related to the roof top tent return and swap. This guy went above and beyond for my request and he also help me match recent deals too. Generally all the team members are very nice. Probably a good place to work too. Thankyou team I will be back.
