I had an outstanding experience at Kings 4WD Supacentre Greenacre and wanted to give a special mention to Marina for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Marina was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different options available, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It's rare these days to come across someone who provides such a high level of customer care while still making you feel welcome and valued as a customer. The store itself was well stocked, organised, and had a great range of products, but it was Marina's attitude and willingness to go above and beyond that really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble, and her product knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right purchase. Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Kings 4WD Supacentre Greenacre is lucky to have Marina on their team. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and will happily recommend both the store and Marina to family and friends. Big thanks to Sam! I’ve followed him ever since he was working at Anaconda, and honestly, I don’t know how to thank him enough. Sam always looks after his customers with a smile, gives you the best deals possible, and takes the time to explain everything properly. He gets you so excited about new gear that you end up wanting to buy the whole shop! 😂 Every time new products come in, we get excited to see what Sam has to offer. Thanks for always providing such great customer service, mate. Keep up the awesome work!

I visited your store specifically to purchase a couple of lights that were clearly advertised on multiple promotional signs throughout the store for $69.95 each. The only reason I made the trip was because of this advertised sale, and I live approximately 50 minutes away. When I took the items to the checkout, I was informed that the sale had ended the previous day and was charged a higher price. Despite the fact that the promotional signs were still prominently displayed around the store, staff refused to honour the advertised price. I was told there was no way to resolve the issue until a manager reviewed it at a later time. After the manager looked into the matter, they still refused to sell the items at the advertised price. Instead, I was only offered the products at the full retail price. This was extremely disappointing and, in my view, an unprofessional way to handle the situation. Whether the sale had officially ended the day before is irrelevant from a customer’s perspective. The products were still being actively advertised in-store at $69.95, and I relied on that displayed price when deciding to make the 50-minute trip to purchase them. If promotional signage remains on display after a sale has ended, customers should not be expected to pay a higher price at the register. I believe the advertised price should have been honoured, and I am very dissatisfied with the way this matter was handled.

Marina, She provides some of the best service I have ever experienced. Not only is she incredibly welcoming and polite, but her technical knowledge is also outstanding. She explained everything clearly, confidently, and resolved everything efficiently. A top-tier professional!
