Great new store, plenty to demonstrate yourself and see sizing. Staff on the other hand, went in on a Monday, partner and I walked the whole store, spent lots of time discussing items, stopped for more then just quick browsing of products, even went back to place of interest to discuss more, not one staff member asked if we needed help, advice..... shame as customer service is a big part of return customers. Might try again but maybe when your a bit more established and not brand new.

The one star belongs to Burpengary store only! I bought 90L fridge from this store, Tested it at home 240V working Perfect, Packed up to go on a trip to find the 12V car cable is faulty. I dropped by Burpengary Store, was served by the manager, in short she Doesn’t have another cable in store and cannot give me a cable from another box. She can only order it and she doesn’t know when it Will come. That is the best she could do. For a simple cable that was going to destroy my trip, it was not acceptable. I have then contacted Brandale branch, they were very helpful and put me through to claims department, claim department suggested I buy another cable from somewhere else and they will refund me the amount. So I did that got the cable straight away from Anaconda. Now why Burpengary branch manager is limited to solve small problem like this? I wonder is it That this manager is undertrained or is it she simply don’t care? I will no longer purchase anything from this store because I have lost confident in the product backing by this particular store. All good until you have a problem and then you’ll find out where quality and good services. To Brandale store and claim department thank you for being open-minded professional and thoughtful.
