I've visited the 4WD Supacentre Parkinson store three times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help with any questions I've had. I've even been lucky enough to win a few spot prizes they've given away in-store, and they've thrown in a few extra goodies as well, which was a really nice surprise. To top it all off, my daughter won first place in their colouring competition, and she was absolutely thrilled! It's great to shop somewhere that genuinely looks after its customers and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the 4WD Supacentre Parkinson store and will definitely keep coming back!

My partner and I had a great experience with Louise at the Kings Browns Plains store while looking at an awning. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. She explained the options clearly and helped us find something that suited our needs and budget. Really great customer service and a smooth, pleasant experience overall. Thanks so much for your help, Louise! Definitely deserves a raise

Been there twice now. First time I was a newbie to the whole 12v fridge, smart alternator, solar panel what to do what I need etc experience.. so experience was not the best.. not the worst but I was not as informed as I should have been.. if your new to it all.. do some research first. They are sales people and if you don't ask the right questions or explain it all correctly you might get an expensive experience.. my second visit Mint . I knew what I was talking about (mostly) and the sales man (sorry Budd forgot your name) mike, or Matt.. was super helpful and there were upgrades to the products I had purchased before.. still do yourself a favour and research before you go in..

Very pleased with the level of personal attention given to us today by the staff. She walked with us giving detailed and studied information about the products I wanted. She collected all my items while I continued to browse and my goods were ready at the checkout when I was finished.
