I just want to give a huge shoutout to Louise at King’s SupaCentre. Hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with in any store. She was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in and genuinely took great care of me. Even when a technical issue popped up, she didn’t brush it off or make it my problem, she went above and beyond to sort it out and make sure everything was handled properly. You don’t see that kind of service often anymore. Really appreciate the effort, Louise. You made the whole experience a lot easier. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re heading in!

Update. Kings headquarters social contacted me and arranged a warranty refund. It’s taken a couple of weeks but it’s now resolved. Jayden at the store was very helpful and I’d give him 5 stars for helping out. The GT RTT brackets do not have the required components to fit the 270 degree awning so beware. You’ll have to get more SS bolts and nuts and washers. Manager tried to deceive me into taking a grand tourer tent that wouldn’t work with their awning and bracket system, after being told to return the first one because it would not be covered under warranty if the awning was installed . They have changed the tent from a bolt system to a rivet system. The awning hasn’t been tested on the new rivet tent. The manager showed me a picture of bolts on the replacement tent but when I checked it was riveted!! Where did she get the photo and then tell me it was from the tent about to be loaded on my vehicle!! They now have my money the tent and the brackets and I’m waiting for a resolution.

Got most of my camper setup from here with the many deals offered over the Christmas period Dcdc charger AGM 120 aH battery Compact control box Cabling 30L fridge 500W inverter Overall happy with the products they’re installed and working fine with reasonable cost. Staff are friendly and try to help (sometimes too much that it distracted my setup planning) - although their knowledge of the systems could be better Electrics equipment could be more thought out - instructions are pretty minimal particularly on status of dcdc charger. The control boxes should focus more on usb ports and power outlets than switches to make better use of space. They could also include an isolator to simplify setup and maintenance. The electric kits claim to be plug and play but are missing key install parts - ring terminals, heat shrink, a rachet for crimping or mention of it etc - competitors like kick ass provide these in their kits. Although the price point is still lower so as long as it works fine just more trips to Jaycar as well… I wish they had better light options - I prefer to wire in lights for my 12V setup but they don’t really offer anything like that. Probably something for them to consider stocking in the future.

Visited the Browns Plains store today and was welcomed by one of your staff members named "Baxster". We came to purchase one item and left with about 6. Great deals. I will definitely come back and ask for him to serve us again. Also tell Baxster we are still looking for Suzan. Lol

My Carer and I visited 4x4 Super centre Parkinson yesterday, the 5th of Dec, 2025. We were immediately greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Louise. She was more than happy to help us with our enquiries and also give us other options that had longer warranties. Louise was very knowledgeable in the items we were looking for and took the time to listen to what we required and did not rush us in any way to make a decision. Louise was so very kind, approachable and courteous, it was a very happy and positive visit and we will definitely be returning for any future purchases. Merry Christmas Louise and thank you x 🎄🎁🎊💜
