I've visited the 4WD Supacentre Parkinson store three times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help with any questions I've had. I've even been lucky enough to win a few spot prizes they've given away in-store, and they've thrown in a few extra goodies as well, which was a really nice surprise. To top it all off, my daughter won first place in their colouring competition, and she was absolutely thrilled! It's great to shop somewhere that genuinely looks after its customers and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the 4WD Supacentre Parkinson store and will definitely keep coming back!

Happy to add another star for the owners prompt and polite response. My original rating was only to reflect that I couldn't find a suitable backpack, but since that's not your core business, it's really not a problem. When I'm next searching for something more 4-wheel-drivey, I'll definitely head to your place first.

My partner and I had a great experience with Louise at the Kings Browns Plains store while looking at an awning. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. She explained the options clearly and helped us find something that suited our needs and budget. Really great customer service and a smooth, pleasant experience overall. Thanks so much for your help, Louise! Definitely deserves a raise

My partner and I were served by Amy on Sunday and she was very helpful, efficient and knew her products. Overall a very pleasant experience. Now we just need to install everything. 😊 Thanks for the great service Amy. Tracey and Baz.

First time I have visited a supacentre store and I chose Easter Monday. They were super busy but the customer service was first class. I was able to get help to find the item I wanted and was given good advice. The checkout process was seamless and they were also really helpful. Out to the docking area and again I was greeted with excellent customer service. Well run store with excellent staff.
