We attended the 4wd Supastore in Toowoomba today and was assisted by Shakira. A young girl who blew us away with her knowledge on setting up solar in our caravan. With every question we threw at her, she answered diligently and immediately as well as every cost to help us with pricing the system. We were so impressed with how she explained everything to us, as her knowledge extended to all areas of the Kings products. We originally made the one hour drive to purchase a fridge and planned to re-attend at a later date for the solar, however, Shakira was so helpful and knowledgeable, that we stayed and bought all the products for the solar system as well. If you are planning on purchasing items for your future camping, caravanning, etc trip, then go to the 4wd supastore in Toowoomba and don't underestimate this amazing young girl, she will far surpass your expectations. Thank you Shakira, you made our day! We also want to give a big shout out to Eric who helped us play Tetris, by loading our 4x4 with all our new equipment and made it all fit. If you want great service, then this is the store for you as all the employees were super friendly to us

First time visiting the store and everyone was so very friendly and helpful. A few questions I had were answered and discussions with the sales person assisted with buying what I needed at a very good price.

Great customer service. There was a stock issue with a click and Collect I put it online and the team, both at the customer service centre and in peraon, were very helpful in sorting it. I have come here a couple of times and each was a positive experience.
