I went in to buy a 60L draw fridge and the sales man was just fantastic. I expected to pay the full price of $600, but the sales man just smiled and said, "I'll look after you mate". After wondering the store I pick up a 24Ah power pack as well as a smaller power bank and some canvas bags. I calculated the cost to be about $900 dollars and as the sales man was working the till he said "how does $650 sound?". I asked if he has made a mistake, he said no. I asked if he had scanned all the items and he said yes. Not wanting to rip the guy off I asked again "are you sure mate". He just smiled and said "yes I'm sure". So I paid, shook his hand and was on my way. This was hands down the best ever sales experience I have ever had. Not because of the discount, but because the sales person genuinely awesome. The fridge works well and the 24Ah battery easily powers the fridge for 24 hours. What a deal

Highly recommend going in and dealing with Sarah. She was absolutely amazing to deal with, was friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what I needed. Nothing felt rushed or pushy — just genuine help. Her customer service was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free.
