Declan was an absolutely Superstar! Came out to look at our car to make sure everything would fit and got us the best possible price and even threw in a few freebies! Fabulous customer service and well definitely be back!

Dropped into 4WD Supacentre in Bunbury and was looked after by Brett, who absolutely went above and beyond. He assisted us with everything we needed, knew the products inside out, and made the whole process easy. Brett also put together the best deal available with combo packs, saving us money while still getting exactly what we were after. Great service, great value, and a genuinely helpful team. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re gearing up your 4WD.

Poor customer service. Was in the store for about 30 mins with no acknowledgement or greeting from the 2 staff on the floor. Couldn't find product and waited for help but none came. Waited at checkout for far too long with zero acknowledgement from staff. Won't be coming back. Would happily wait if there was some acknowledgement and customer service provided but there was nil. Store was not busy.

Huge thanks to Declan. I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was patient, genuinely friendly and actually listened to exactly what I wanted instead of trying to upsell rubbish. He took the time to explain my options clearly and gave solid practical advice that fit what I was after. Walked out feeling confident and stoked with the outcome. Top bloke thanks mate. I went in to buy a 60L draw fridge and the sales man was just fantastic. I expected to pay the full price of $600, but the sales man just smiled and said, "I'll look after you mate". After wondering the store I pick up a 24Ah power pack as well as a smaller power bank and some canvas bags. I calculated the cost to be about $900 dollars and as the sales man was working the till he said "how does $650 sound?". I asked if he has made a mistake, he said no. I asked if he had scanned all the items and he said yes. Not wanting to rip the guy off I asked again "are you sure mate". He just smiled and said "yes I'm sure". So I paid, shook his hand and was on my way. This was hands down the best ever sales experience I have ever had. Not because of the discount, but because the sales person genuinely awesome. The fridge works well and the 24Ah battery easily powers the fridge for 24 hours. What a deal
