As always the place is stacked with great offers, modern stuff. The staff appear well trained on the technical side, Josh was particularly helpful and fast. My only criticism is I'd like to see a ticket type system i did wait a while to be served, made it very obvious i was looking for help, but other customers just bombed the staff....

Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete waste of money. I purchased an Adventure Kings 15A solar controller, and after only TWO DAYS of use, it failed and started charging my battery at over 23V, which nearly cooked my battery. A solar controller is supposed to protect the battery — not destroy it. When I went to the store for a return/warranty claim, the staff initially refused to provide me with a claim number or any paperwork at all. I had to argue with them for nearly THREE HOURS before they finally said they would issue a claim number the next day. Today at 10am they finally sent me the claim number, and literally moments later they rejected the warranty claim, saying the controller had “no fault found.” Seriously? What kind of controller charges a 12V battery at 23V and is considered “normal”? It’s obvious they never properly tested the product. Terrible attitude, terrible support, and extremely poor-quality products. I will never buy another solar product from Kings again.

Great customer service! The staff member took the time to come outside and measure our car boot to make sure we were buying the right equipment. He didn’t just try to sell us something, he made sure it would fit properly before we purchased it. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We really appreciated the extra effort and would definitely recommend this store.

Went into 4WD Supa centre Canning Vale recently and honestly had such a good experience thanks to Shannon B. She was super friendly from the start, easy to talk to, and made everything feel simple and relaxed instead of overwhelming. You can tell she really knows her stuff, but what I appreciated most was that she actually took the time to listen and help properly without making me feel rushed. She answered all my questions clearly, gave helpful advice, and made the whole visit so much easier. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, so it was really refreshing dealing with someone genuinely helpful and approachable. Big thanks to Shannon for making the experience such a positive one — definitely one of the main reasons I’ll be coming back to the Canning Vale store
