The products themselves are actually good and the value for money is fine, but do not rely on their advice. This is the second time we’ve had a very poor experience, especially with electrical advice. We came in with a specific error code, and instead of asking questions, the staff member seemed annoyed and immediately gave incorrect explanations. We were told things that were simply false (like needing solar for our fridge to work) and were pushed to buy extra equipment we didn’t need and that wouldn’t have solved the problem. Even when we explained that the suggested solution was wrong, she didn’t engage, appeared irritated, and ignored the details we provided. I have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, so I can confidently say the advice given was technically incorrect. Products are good, but the technical advice is unreliable and focused on selling rather than helping.

I bought a generator at kings on Tuesday the 24th of march when geraldton found out about Cyclone Narelle with the promise that it would be here before the cyclone. I went in friday morning the 27th and they said sorry its on the truck we are just hoping it gets here on time. An hour later they call me and say the truck is here at 3pm be here then and we will just unload the truck into your car. Rock up at 2.50 and the joint is closed. I think maybe they just missed my call to say sorry? no not the case. i then witness a sea of people walking up that had all purchased generators with the the same promise. some of which where purchasing for the elderly for medicines. ill showing up Monday with the same sea of people for a refund.

Very bad experience at Supacenter Geraldton. During a large purchase, the salesperson charged me for one extra item. I noticed it immediately and returned to the store within a minute. I was unable to get a refund and was only offered a gift card, which I refused. The manager assured me that a refund would be processed the following Monday via email. Nothing was done. To this day, I have no certainty that I will be refunded, only being told that “a complaint has been registered.” Mistakes are human, but they should be acknowledged and corrected. The manager was cold and unprofessional, offered no apology, and asked me to wait an additional two weeks. I am not at fault, yet I am the one losing time and energy to recover $75, due to an error made by their employee. Very disappointing.
