Went to pick up items on Tuesday and Wednesday 25/11 and 26/11. One was with a friend who i was accompanying and one was for myself....On both occasions the staff member with pink hair offered no service. No communication. Another staff member got the items on both occasions while we both wanted to purchase other items and received no assistance whatsoever, not even any verbal or physical gestures to where certain items were located so I could purchase. Finally I found the items and proceeded to pay for the pick ups and was told the total and i paid and left. Probably the worst customer service experience i have ever encountered. I used to manage retail for many retailers. It was not quite what i was expecting after years of buying a huge range of items from your store over the last few years.

Went on Sunday to purchase a battery… I got confused with the size that could fit my battery spot so i asked the sale person if i take 2 different sizes batteries to see which one fits then i can return the one that doesn’t fit.. he said yes absolutely you can do that.and i was very specific with my question that if i return it do i get a credit or a refund because i want refund not credits then he goes yes we give you a refund.. 2 days later i want to return it for my refund and of course they said no we don’t do that.. well thanks for trapping people just to make a sale
