ARE YOUR COMPANY STORES STILL TRADING?

At 4WD Supacentre the health and safety of our customers and staff is our first priority. All of our stores are open for our normal trading hours.

This is what we are doing to keep you and our staff safe:

  • We ask that if you aren’t feeling well that you postpone your visit for another time – if there is something that you need now, please give our sales line a call on 1800 88 39 64 and they can process your order. You can also visit our online store at 4wdsupacentre.com.au at any time
  • Our store staff are healthy and well and able to continue to support you get what you need. Staff and customers who are feeling unwell are being asked to go home
  • We have increased disinfectant cleaning across all stores, with all shared surfaces being wiped down regularly throughout the day
  • We also encourage all customers in stores to pay using contactless payment
  • Encouraging everyone to maintain a distance of 1.5m – our floors have been marked to help you with this requirement

Our warehouses are working hard with our freight partners to continue to deliver your products to you on time.

 

DOES 4WD SUPACENTRE OFFER INSTALLATION AND HOW MUCH IS IT?

Fitting is available through our fitting partners. These are businesses we have teamed up with who have the expertise to fit your products to a high standard.

For more information, check out the stores tab where you can find your closest 4WD Supacentre Company Store or Dealer and check whether they, or a nearby partner, offer fitting. Your local store can provide details of their local fitting partners.

 

CAN I REDIRECT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IF IT’S TRANSIT?

This is possible depending on individual circumstances and shipping times of different products. Please call our customer service team on 1800 88 39 64 if you require a special request like this and we’ll do our very best to help you if it’s possible.

 

CAN I USE MY VOUCHER OVER THE PHONE OR IS IT ONLINE ONLY?

Vouchers won through Supacentre promotions work in store, over the phone, and online. For the quickest, easiest way to use your voucher, we recommend you use your code online.

 

WHAT COURIER COMPANY DOES 4WD SUPACENTRE USE?

4WD Supacentre uses multiple courier companies. The courier used will be the one that best services your area.

 

DOES 4WD SUPACENTRE SELL ANY OTHER PRODUCTS? LIKE BULLBARS OR SPARE TYRE HOLDERS?

Everything we sell is listed on our website! Unfortunately we don't currently sell bullbars or other barwork.

 

WHY IS THERE NO “PICK UP” OPTION ONLINE?

Our website doesn’t currently offer the ability to purchase online and select local pick up. If you do want to pick up your goods from one of our stores, you will need to place a phone order through 1800 88 39 64 or pay them a visit.


PICKING UP ITEMS FROM STORES

Please ensure you have the capacity to pick up bulky items before driving to the store. Items such as Roof Top Tents, Rear Drawers and Roof Racks may not fit in your car meaning you will need a trailer to pick them up. Fitting of products in store carparks is prohibited.

 

CAN A CUSTOMER CREATE THEIR OWN “BUNDLE DEAL” ONLINE?

Not at this time. We have many combo deals available for easy online purchase and if you’re looking for a bargain don’t hesitate to call our sales team on 1800 88 39 64 to get the very best deal possible.

 

WHY IS THE FREIGHT TO MY LOCATION SO HIGH?

Our freight is calculated using national courier services’ zones. Parts of Australia fall into remote zones (as opposed to metro), which is why freight to some of these areas is higher.

 

IS PRE-ORDER FOR DELIVERY ONLY? IS THERE STOCK IN THE STORE?

Items on pre-order are not available for pick up in store. If you want to pre-order a product for in-store pickup, please phone the store you’ll be picking it up from to place the order.

 

CAN I ORGANISE MY OWN COURIER TO PICK UP GOODS FROM THE STORE?

Unfortunately, this isn’t an option we offer. The two easiest ways to get your goods from 4WD Supacentre are to buy online and have our partner courier service deliver to your door, or to visit one of our stores yourself to pick up your goods.

 

CAN I ARRANGE FOR AN AUTHORITY TO LEAVE?

Unless notified all Couriers Please consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left please advise couriers upon shipment notification. If you wish to arrange for an ATL with any of our other courier partners you will have to speak with them directly prior to delivery.

 

WILL THE STORE CONTACT ME ONCE MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED TO PICK UP?

Yes, the customer will receive an SMS from the store where they purchased the item from/where it is being picked up from.

 

IF A PRODUCT IS “IN STOCK NOW” WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If a product is “in stock now”, it will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of payment being made (Please allow longer if ordering around weekends and public holidays).

 

DOES INCL DELIVERY APPLY TO ALL PRODUCTS?

From time to time 4wdsupacentre.com.au will offer incl freight/delivery/P&H on specified products to Australian addresses. ‘Incl delivery’ and Postage & Handling promotions do not apply to all areas and products. Bulky items including roof racks, roof top tents and double rear drawers are not included in incl delivery promotions. HOW DO I PLACE A CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY?

You will need your order number, email used at time of purchase as well as any relevant images or videos for the product.
