James is a legend and all staff there seemed polite and eager to help where they could. Was passing through on the first week of christmas school holidays, and that morning my fridge gave up. Stopped in gave them the phone number so they could look up the reciept and was back on my way with a brand new fridge and extras. Was one of the best dealings I have ever had with a retail store especially at that time of year. Well done to your team.

We cannot thank Brady at Rockhampton store enough for his outstanding customer service We had previously dealt with Malaga in WA and were completely outraged with the way we were treated. We have used the kings brand extensively and have been happy with the products just not the malaga store specifically, Brady had restored our faith in kings!! Well done Brady and thank you.. nothing was too much trouble you legend.

I had a great experience in your Rockhampton store. Specifically with James a menber of your sales team. He was great. I bought a fridge and he went as far as delivering it to me in Gladstone because he was waiting for stock to arrive. We needed the fridge as soon as possible and het went out of his way to help me. Thanks again James. I will keep on supporting the Rockhampton store.

I visited this 4WD Supacentre on Saturday just gone and entire team there were so easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I had an incorrect order sent out to me from another store, explained to them the situation and they were straight onto getting the exchange sorted and making sure I left with the right item. They even assisted loading my rooftop tent onto my car. I could not recommend this store and staff any higher. 100% would and will shop there again.

Highly recommend. James went above and beyond to help us with putting together a full camping set up including rooftop tent, drawers, awning ect. Looking forward to getting everything setup on our 4wd.
