I definitely recommend this shop if you want a simple electrical set up in your 4x4 / van. I bought a fridge, a 200W solar panel, a lithium battery with a battery box, an MPPT 20 A and all the necessary cable to connect everything. All work very well since I bought the profucts. It's easy to install by yourself because the cable are simple to connect ! the battery box protects every component in your set up, which is great for the safety part. Thanks you for these wonderful products 😍 now I'm more comfortable in my van !!

We purchased a few accessories to convert our car for camping, and we had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful: they recommended the solutions that best fit our needs and clearly explained how the safety products work. We’ll definitely come back if we need anything else.

Very bad experience at Supacenter Geraldton. During a large purchase, the salesperson charged me for one extra item. I noticed it immediately and returned to the store within a minute. I was unable to get a refund and was only offered a gift card, which I refused. The manager assured me that a refund would be processed the following Monday via email. Nothing was done. To this day, I have no certainty that I will be refunded, only being told that “a complaint has been registered.” Mistakes are human, but they should be acknowledged and corrected. The manager was cold and unprofessional, offered no apology, and asked me to wait an additional two weeks. I am not at fault, yet I am the one losing time and energy to recover $75, due to an error made by their employee. Very disappointing.

Went in on Boxing Day to do a return and was flat-out told by an employee ( shorter older blonde women ) that she was too busy and I should come back another day. No apology, no attempt to help, just brushed off. Being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. If returns can’t be processed during peak periods, that should be clearly communicated — not taken out on customers. Left feeling annoyed and disrespected.
