Have been here a few times before and always had a good experience — the team was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my visit today was quite different. The staff member who seemed to be in charge came across as unfriendly and didn’t provide very helpful answers to my questions . It also felt like my questions weren’t taken seriously and I just became rudely answers. I was planning to make a fairly large purchase (around $1k), but this interaction put me off. Hopefully this was just an off day, as my previous experiences here have been positive.

The store Manager (Mitchel S) is a legend, got me the best deal on a 270 awning/brackets/sidewall/striplight. Don’t let this man go without a bonus, such good customer service skills too! Credit to Malaga 4wd SupaCentre
