Who we are

1.1	Outdoor Supacentre is an online shop where you can purchase products from time to time by entering your details in the form and clicking on the button that says “place order”.

2.1	To make this Agreement easier to read, we have defined certain words and phrases and capitalised them throughout this Agreement. Definitions of those words can be found at the end of these terms and conditions.
2.2	Use of some parts or features of the website may be governed by other terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions will also apply to this Agreement, and will prevail over this Agreement if there is any inconsistency between them.
2.3	We may amend this Agreement at any time without notice. Any amendments to this Agreement will be effective as soon as they are posted to the website. By using this website you agree to be bound by any changes to this Agreement.

How you order

3.1	By clicking on the “place order” you are agreeing to the following: You are offering to purchase a product for the price advertised at the time of your purchase on Outdoor Supacentre. You have the intention of being legally bound, upon our acceptance of your offer. You are over the age of 18 years or have the permission of an adult to do so. You have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You authorize us, our financial institution and our bill payment systems provider to deal with your credit or debit card in order to process your information for the purposes of payment to us for the purchase of products.
3.2	Once your offer to purchase a product is made you will receive an email from us summarising and confirming receipt of your order.
3.3	The agreement to supply you on the terms of your offer will be complete upon dispatch to you of the product being purchased. Until that time, we reserve the right to reject the order, because of unforeseen difficulties with supplying the product, including of availability or a system error. In these circumstances, we will provide a full and timely refund.
3.4	We will only use your personal information that we collect and hold about you for direct marketing if you have provided your information to us for that purpose or if you have consented to us using your information for direct marketing. You may do this in the check-out process, in your account settings or by subscribing through our website, social media channels, promotions or in-store . We will not use your personal information for direct marketing where you have opted-out or have not provided your consent for us to send you this type of material. If you agree to receive direct marketing communications from us, we may contact you from time to time (such as by mail, telephone, email, SMS, or social media platforms) with information about our products and services as well as those of our business partners, where we think these may be of interest to you.

You can always choose to stop receiving direct marketing communications from us by ‘opting-out’. To opt-out, follow the unsubscribe instructions in any of our marketing communications or contact us at 1800 88 39 64. Please be aware that if you unsubscribe from direct marketing communications, you may still receive important messages that are not marketing communications (such as service messages).

Prices

4.1	Prices are as follows: Prices for products sold exclusively within Australia are advertised in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive but have a delivery cost added to the final price. The delivery cost will be calculated at the end of your order and will be dependent on your location. Prices for products sold outside Australia are advertised in Australian dollars and have a delivery cost added to the final price but have no GST included or added to the final price. The delivery cost will be calculated at the end of your order and will be dependent on your location.
4.2	No items sent by post or courier have any insurance coverage included in the purchase price including loss or damage to an item.
4.3	Payment is to be made in Australian dollars.
4.4	Outdoor Supacentre will not be held liable for any loss due to you entering incorrect details on the form including but not limited to an incorrect address provided by you. In the event that you change your address between the time you purchase a product you must notify Outdoor Supacentre in writing of your change of address. You can contact the Customer Services Department for more details on 1800 88 39 64.

Product dispatch

5.1	Products will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 weeks of your order.
5.2	In the event a delivery is delayed we will inform you of this and provide you with the option to either wait giving you an approximate wait time, choose a different product of equivalent value or refund your money.

30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee Update As Of 16th October 2025

6.1	Policy Overview: We at 4WD Supacentre are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, with our 30-day change of mind policy, you can return eligible items for store credit within 30 days of: dispatch of the item(s) by 4WD Supacentre (if the product is being delivered to you); or the original purchase date, at a company-operated retail store. A refund is not available for a change of mind.
6.2	Eligibility Criteria: Only items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition will be eligible for return. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must accompany the returned item. Certain items, such as factory seconds items, gift cards, seconds items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please see section 6.6 for further details and contact customer service for clarification on specific items.
6.3	Return Process: All change of mind returns must be authorised by 4WD Supacentre prior to return. If returning to a company-operated store, a staff member will review and consider your return. If returning by post, submit a return request at https://service.4wdsupacentre.com.au/returns or call 1800 883 964. No return will be processed without Return Approval. Once approved, return the item(s) at your own cost: In-store at any company-operated store; or By post. If returning by post: Securely package the item(s) including original packaging and accessories. Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package if needed. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk. Our team will inspect returned item(s) to confirm eligibility as outlined in section 6.2 and ensure they're not excluded under section 6.6. If eligible, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase amount. Expect processing delays during peak promotional periods.
6.4	Store Credit: Issued as a digital credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Usable for future purchases online or in-store.
6.5	Store Credit Conditions: Cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. Unused portions remain on your account within the validity period. Store credit is for the item price only, excluding delivery and return shipping fees (for online purchases).
6.6	Exclusions: 4WD Supacentre cannot offer change of mind returns for: Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase. Used, damaged, or non-resalable items. Factory seconds items, gift cards, and clearance items. Delivery fees paid for online orders.
6.7	Right to Amend: 4WD Supacentre may amend this policy without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately for purchases made after the amended version is posted. By proceeding with a return, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. For questions or assistance, contact our customer service team.
6.8	Licensees and Dealers: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Outdoor Supacentre Pty Ltd. It does not apply to purchases through independent licensees or dealers.
6.9	Australian Consumer Law: This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Note: This policy does not apply to faulty items or order errors (e.g. receiving the wrong item). Please see our faulty product return policy for assistance with incorrect or faulty items.

Dispatched goods not received

7.1

In the event that you do not receive dispatched products and we are unable to assist you to locate them in transit, we will require you to provide us with a Statutory Declaration witnessed by an eligible person and setting out that you have not received your product before we will consider replacing a product lost in transit. We have the sole discretion to refuse to replace a product lost in transit.

Statutory guarantees

8.1	Purchases from this website are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the statutory guarantees contained in it.

Protecting Your Privacy

9.1	The website has a Privacy Policy that applies to all Users and is incorporated into this Agreement. You should read the Privacy Policy before making purchases through the website.

Use of the Website

10.1

You may not use the website in any manner or for any purpose that is unlawful, that violates any right of Outdoor Supacentre or any other person, or that is prohibited by this Agreement. In particular, but without limitation, it is a condition of your use of and/or access to the website that you do NOT do any of the following:

use the website for commercial purposes beyond making a purchase from our website;
use any mechanism, software or other scripts in relation to the website which could disrupt or interfere with the website or any servers, software, hardware or equipment connected to or via the website, including any robot exclusion headers;
restrict or inhibit any other User from using or enjoying the website;
distribute or transmit any Content of any kind which contains a virus or other harmful component;

is information provided for purchases from our Outdoor Supacentre store;
is not false, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent;
does not involve commercial activities or sales, including advertising or pyramid schemes;
does not promote any criminal activity or enterprise, including but not limited to inciting an act of terrorism, buying or making weapons, or violating someone’s privacy;
does not violate any Applicable Law; and
will not create liability for Outdoor Supacentre or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our internet service providers or other suppliers.

Your Information

11.1	Subject to our obligations under the Privacy Act, Outdoor Supacentre does not accept responsibility for Your Information. Your Information is used in accordance with, and for the purposes set out in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
11.2	You must promptly inform us if you become aware that any of Your Information breaches this Agreement and take whatever steps may be necessary to correct the breach. This clause is not intended to limit our rights under any other provision of this Agreement if such a breach occurs.
11.3	In order to protect your security, we encourage you not to include any personal information that makes you readily identifiable to other Users. In addition, you should never share information such as your telephone number, home address or credit information with other Users.

Other Information

12.1	We do not check, and do not take responsibility for: the veracity, accuracy or completeness of information provided by you on or in connection with the website (including the identity, age or place of residence); or Content on this website which we source from Third Party Websites.

Intellectual Property

13.1	You acknowledge that the Content in this website is the subject of Intellectual Property and legal rights (including third party rights). You may not, during or at any time after the expiry or termination of this Agreement, do or permit any act which infringes any of those rights.
13.2	Other than as expressly permitted by law or this Agreement, you may not, without the specific prior written consent of Outdoor Supacentre, do any of the following things, either directly or indirectly: use, copy, reproduce, translate, reuse, transmit, retransmit, adapt, vary, remove, alter, modify, store, publish, republish, broadcast, link, distribute, frame, post, upload, rewrite, broadcast or store Content; incorporate Content into any other website or use Content for any commercial purpose; store Content in a retrieval system by any means, including graphic, electronic or mechanical means, photocopying, recording, taping or storage in an information retrieval system; or use Content in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful, which violates any right of Outdoor Supacentre or which is prohibited by this Agreement.
13.3	Subject to clause 13.2, you must ensure that all copies of material from the website retain any copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material.
13.4	Some of the copyright in the Content is included on the website under a licence from third parties. Any permission to use, copy or reproduce that Content (other than in the course of viewing this website) must be obtained from the copyright owner. It is your responsibility to obtain such authorisation.
13.5	All names, logos and trademarks (both registered and unregistered) are the property of Outdoor Supacentre, or the third parties who have contributed to this website. Indemnity and Limitation of liability

The cause of the Loss includes but is not limited to:

Outdoor Supacentre’s negligence;
a breach of your computer’s security;
any unauthorised access to, modification or alteration of Content;
any material or data sent or received or not sent or received;
any infringement of another’s rights, including Intellectual Property;

In relation to Non Excludable Rights, any liability incurred by Outdoor Supacentre in relation to the use of this website or the Content is limited to the fullest extent permissible under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Liability which cannot be excluded is limited to the extent possible:

the supply of the goods or services again;
the repair of the goods;
the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again or repaired; or
a refund.

Miscellaneous

18.1	if any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this Agreement, which will continue in full force and effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
18.2	If you breach any provision of this Agreement and have knowledge of that breach, a failure to pursue legal action or to enforce any remedy against you will not constitute a waiver of our legal rights. Any waiver or legal rights granted under this Agreement will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Outdoor Supacentre.

Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1	All matters relating to this website are governed by and are to be construed according to the laws applicable in the State of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
19.2	Outdoor Supacentre has the right to commence and prosecute any action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief if considers (in its discretion) that the action is necessary or desirable.

Using the Website from outside Australia

20.1	If you access the website from a country other than Australia and the Content and this Agreement do not satisfy the laws of your country, you are not entitled to use the website.
20.2	If you do use the website despite infringing clause 20.1, you agree to indemnify Outdoor Supacentre for any Loss which may be incurred as a consequence.

Definitions

Gift Cards

22.1

Treat a gift card Code like cash. The Code is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at Outdoor Supacentre Pty ltd stores, phone sales and online only; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or trade accounts: Must be redeemed before expiry date provided at time of purchase. Gift cards purchased before 31/03/18 expire in 365 days of the Code purchase date. Gift cards purchased from 31/03/18 onwards expire 36 months after Code purchase date. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded or extended; Is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this Code will not be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.

Cart Reminders

23.1

If you have placed products in your cart, but have not completed the purchase of those items, you may elect to receive an email or other communication reminding you that your cart contains items (Cart Reminder). If you elect to receive the Cart Reminder, you will receive an email or other communication from us setting out the items you selected and added to your cart. The Cart Reminder will prompt you to visit our Site to complete your purchase.

23.2

The Cart Reminder email will contain an unsubscribe link which will allow you to elect to stop receiving any future email communications about the items in your cart or our other products and offers. You will not receive a Cart Reminder unless you have elected to receive these communications.

Model Run Out – Discontinued Items Clearance Sale Terms & Conditions

Limited Stock Availability: All items featured in this clearance model run out sale are discontinued items and are available in strictly limited quantities and locations.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment: An agreement to supply goods based on your order is only finalised upon dispatch (for online orders) or collection (for click and collect, phone orders and in-store purchases). Until that point, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to unforeseen supply issues, including stock unavailability or system errors. In such cases, a full and prompt refund will be issued.

Knives and similar items Purchase Policy

Knives and similar items (e.g. axes) may only be purchased and collected by a person over 18 years old. We may request photo identification as evidence of age. We may refuse purchase or collection of a knife or similar item where appropriate photo identification is not provided.

Social Competition Terms and Conditions

Overview: These terms include details about the prize and how to enter. By entering, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

Exclusions: Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated companies cannot enter.

Competition Dates: The dates for this daily competition will run from the 13th of December until the 25th of December, 2024.

Promotion Channels: The competition will be advertised on the 4WD Supacentre Facebook Page as well as the 4WD Supacentre website.

How to Enter: To participate, you must:

Answer the question into the comments section that is being asked (Question will be in either the creative video or caption post).

Comment your response relevant to the question being asked.

Multiple Entries: You can only enter one response, per daily video.

Judging: This competition is a game of skill, not chance. A panel of judges will select the winner based on creativity, relevance and appeal. Their decision is final.

Entry Confirmation: Your entry is received once response has been commented and registered by Outdoor Supacentre PTY LTD. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues related to entries, including:

Missing likes or comments.

Late or incorrect entries.

Technical issues affecting communication.

Verification of Winners: Winners may be asked to provide proof of identity, residency, and entry validity. If proof is not provided, the prize will be forfeited.

Entry Disqualification: The Promoter can disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. This includes using multiple email addresses or other methods to gain extra entries.

Invalid Entries: Entries that are incomplete or illegible will be rejected. Prizes cannot be transferred.
