Went to your albion park store today had the most helpful and respectful customer service. We were helped by your store person James L he went through all our questions with so much knowledge. He even helped us pack our car after our purchase, thanks James for going above and beyond, this was by far the best service we have received in any retail store we have visited.

Okay quality Great pricing when on special, really confusing even two staff got confused with their strange pricing that changes daily. But the store is well stocked. But the staff are all great and helpful.

I visited the store late this afternoon and was greeted by a salesman named Dylan, his customer service was exceptional, nothing was a problem, even when closing time came, he wasn’t fazed or bothered that he was staying back to assist me with my purchases. His advice and product knowledge was impressive. After finalising my sale Dylan assisted me to the car and loaded the heavy items for me. Dylan went above and beyond today, he is a true asset to the store. Thank you again Dylan 😊
