Went to Bathurst store yesterday and was served by Xavier. Nice new store full of stock, given I knew exactly what I wanted Xavier made sure it was all in bundles to save me money. I don’t review very often but this lad deserves it. Came straight to me to help, no pushy bs trying to upsell. He knew were everything was in the store. 10 out of 10 do recommend.

So helpful staff! Even helped us install a new cover to our rooftop tent and helped us get the best price possible. Tyler and your colleague that we don’t know the name of, you’re amazing!

Went on 22/01/2026 (5:07-05:15) Nice attractive well stocked store with friendly check out staffs but 5 mins of my visit in the store, i was made feel like i was probably a thief and going to steal something! Even though i have not touched anything except before getting out at the check out a torch light packet and a sleeping bag. I was shadowed if not followed by several female staff members from a distance less than 2 mitres. Very uncomfortable experience. Get a life, you both look so unhappy and not professionally fit. I took my business somewhere.

I had broken down with a flat battery towing my caravan and needed a starter kit. I was served by a lady called "Jamie" from the Bathurst branch and she went above and beyond to help me and I could not have had a better experience with this even to the point she made sure the kit had enough power so it would work. As a manager myself a bit of advise to the management of 4WD Supa Centre Bathurst a good employee is hard to find yet alone keep and you have one right here A1+ thank you Jamie.

Walked in to the new Bathurst store! Great store very tidy & lots of stock. Had Glenn the sale rep ask if I need a hand with anything? Explain to him I was looking for a camping fridge. Glenn checked for any sales / deals happening, ended up with a great deal on a fridge, cover and thermometer! Cheaper than what the fridge is worth alone. Also pick up a new air compressor with accessories! Glenn was fantastic putting everything together for me on the trolley. Thanks Glenn for your great customer service and help!
