I’m a loyal customer in the store. I spend a lot every year in this store. There is was a good manager there. I don’t remember his name. He was all the time. The discounts because when I go there I buy with a huge amount and a lot of stuff this time I I get there on Saturday. I’m trying to take a few stuff and I seen new faces. I took a tent and I asked for the fan price which is the rechargeable one. He told me two $50 and there is other lady comes so aggressive cannot even showing her Customer Service. She told me no this is two for 65 and she didn’t even say sorry or something I told her the German there he told me the price and the price is written down. She’s saying yes this is the discount finish from last week but now he’s 65. I don’t care what he told you. I put it on the system and I see the price she was so aggressive on the front of other customers and I just left everything and I go.

I stopped in yesterday afternoon with an issue I had with my tub rack. I spoke with a Gentleman I can't recall the name of unfortunately. Absolutely fantastic customer service. He was genuinely a really lovely bloke, sorted everything out for the warranty, it was a quick process. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help. I really appreciate that. Good company, Highly recommended!

I had exceptional service from a girl called Elizabeth who answered all my questions. She helped me find the best deal for the items I wanted and was more than happy to help.. thanks for a great experience at Kings. I will be coming back love the store and the staff.

I had a great experience at 4WD Supacentre Campbelltown. I arrived about 5 minutes after closing needing to return some items, get a credit, and purchase upgraded ones. Despite being technically closed, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. Not everything I needed was in stock, but they went out of their way to organise logistics and make sure I could get the item by the date I needed. The staff were friendly, obliging, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. A pleasure to deal with – highly recommend.
