UNDERSTAFFED TERRIBLE waited 30mins in line for items they left out of a previous purchase. Holly was your company’s only saving grace. She was amazing when we finally got to the counter.

Lots of useful things, excellent pricing, and good service in case something is not right. However, I do think that they use their customers for quality control; if that was better, they would not need to deal with many replacements I've seen queued up (and my own). But at least they handle that process well and without fuss.

Absolutely appalling service. Four staff members leaning over counters having a chat while customers line up waiting to be served at registers and click and collect. (The gentleman serving in the click and collect line alone was amazing however) Other staff members asked to help and rolled eyes and groans ensue. No one wants to do anything. Ridiculous. Go absolutely anywhere else.

Terrible customers service. Waited over 45 minutes to return a product that lasted one week. No staff interested in servicing me. Quality of products are extremely poor. Did I mention the terrible customer service, I even heard someone on the loud speaker requesting service at the returns desk as the line grew. Useless! I won’t shop here ever again.
