Was really happy with the service. I went in there to grab a trolley and the sales person told me about a sale where I saved money and got a free item! Really friendly and helpful service. Would recommend.

Update to review... while I'm sure Jasmin is awesome too, it turns out the team member who provided such good service was Kenzi. Kudos to her. Ta. Top marks to Jasmin. I was a pain in the bum, and she was super helpful, owning and resolving an issue not of her making. Thanks.

I stopped by today just to get some information and ended up leaving fully prepared for my camping trip 🙌🏾 Ian M. took the time to understand my car setup and travel plans, and recommended gear that genuinely suited my needs. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Very poor service. I placed an order with the Townsville store for pickup. As I live on Magnetic Island, I arranged a courier to collect the goods on my behalf. The courier was refused service and not allowed to pick up the order. I then called the 1800 number and was told that no couriers are permitted to collect orders, and that a refund would be the best option. No consideration was given to my location, and no alternative solutions were offered—such as shipping the order from the Brisbane warehouse. This is particularly frustrating as I regularly receive deliveries from 4x4 Supercentre via courier without issue. As a result of this refusal, I’ve incurred costs and delays. I had a tradesman booked to install the drawer system, and the job completion has now been pushed back. Flexibility in retail is how you retain customers—especially regional and island customers. Simply saying “no” without offering solutions suggests 4x4 Supercentre has forgotten who its customers are.

Went in for a torch , came out 800 bucks later. The effort put in by the service lady( kaylee i believe) was astounding. Her patience when I changes my mind three times, had her running back to the computer with new deal prices...all with a smile . The staff you have in Townsville are all great to deal with, but this was worthy of comment .
