I had a great experience with 4WD Supacentre in Cairns. I had an issue with a fridge and dropped it off to be tested. Within three days I had a response and everything was sorted with a replacement organised. The customer service was fantastic, and Scott in particular could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed, made everything easy, and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Really impressed with how smoothly it was handled. Great service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend the Cairns team.

I recently bought a 36Ah Kings battery pack and a few other items from this store. The customer service was excellent. RJ and Jayden were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and sorted out a replacement quickly without any hassle. Really appreciate the great service – highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for good advice and quality gear.

For the type of store it is,it is a good one,quite large and plenty to buy. Staff all seem helpful and friendly.I used to use BCF exclusively,but after a bad experience with a car fridge that shit itself in 6 months,they were NOT interested in looking into warrenty,I will now be calling this place home for off road and camping gear

Returned to this store after purchasing a mppt solar charger 12 months prior that was having intermittent power issues, after waiting an hour to speak to someone the first day was told to video the problem and return to the store. Filmed the issue the next morning and returned to the store with the device to be told to leave it with them for testing this time. That was to 2 weeks ago, returned to the store a week later to be told it had not been tested yet but would be done that day and be contacted by end of business that day. Have not heard boo and believe the device may have been lost or something, extremely poor after sales service.
