They provided outstanding customer service from start to finish — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to answer questions properly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service like that these days, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. We cannot thank Brady at Rockhampton store enough for his outstanding customer service We had previously dealt with Malaga in WA and were completely outraged with the way we were treated. We have used the kings brand extensively and have been happy with the products just not the malaga store specifically, Brady had restored our faith in kings!! Well done Brady and thank you.. nothing was too much trouble you legend.

I placed an order on May 7 but was not informed parts of this order were not in stock. I only found out when I picked up my order. I have just been informed that one component will be available at the end of May and the other in June (no date). As I live in a regional area the ability to source these from another store is not an option unless I wish to travel 600 km. Regional customers should not be treated as second rate because we don't live in the south- east corner and stores should not sell out of stock leaving customers in limbo. Your regional shops do the best they can without being prioritised due to not being in a major city. Once again a major company has failed regional Australia.

Wonderful service and assistance at 4WD super centre Rockhampton. Abbey and Brady were so kind. Professional. Helpful and supportive with our order collection. Ensured we had help loading our gear, and they provided genuine happy helpful service. Will definitely be returning simply because they and there team were such lovely staff.

Popped into store to get a solar blanket and Kim was a huge help to us. Kim took the time to understand our setup and explain how the solar blanket will assist in running our fridge/freezer. Super friendly staff and all round great experience.
