Had another great experience at Toowoomba 4wd supacentre. Went in just to look and came out with a car load of bargains. Heaps of combo deals, and works out so much cheaper. Thanks to Kim who was getting us all sorted. We even had a good win on the raffle for the family fun day. Thanks for all the assistance. 👌

Sally and Kim served me today and was so good with excellent customer service made me want to buy more than what I came in to purchase only coming to purchase a sleeping bag. And with them two ladies helping me has made me want to come back to your store at Toowoomba because before Christmas I came into your store to buy some stuff for Christmas presents and I had a lady called Rebecca tattoos honour and her attitude and customer service. I wouldn’t let her sell dog food for me. She made me not want to come back to your store. So with the two ladies that helped me today, you can thank them for me coming back purchasing stuff and it’s just not myself that purchases from you. I’ve a wide family and we purchased stuff from Kings all over Australia.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Was initially greeted by a very friendly staff member at the registers, who then took me to the appropriate area of service & asked Keeden to assist me. Keeden & other staff members presented as very hospitable, with good product knowledge & patience when their store technology didn’t run smoothly. Thanks to Keeden for offering to help get my purchase into the car; that was a huge help!

Love shopping for 4wd and camping stuff for my little family, friendly faces all around willing to go above and beyond to suit you and your needs. Absolutely vibin’ atmosphere and weekly deals are a must!! Huge shoutout to Hollie at 4x4 Supercenter! She absolutely hooked me up with a great deal, grabbed me a trolley straight away, and loaded the X4 bags I was after into it without me even having to ask. What really stood out though was her attitude, super helpful, genuinely happy to be at work, and once I said I was all good she wasn’t pushy at all. She offered help if I needed anything else and then let me browse in peace. It’s been a long time since I’ve had customer service that good. Hollie is a credit to the team
