Don't expect these people to honour any warranty. Staff and the boss lady especially very rude. Guy that looks for faults on warranty claims in this instance a fridge incompetent and doesn't know how to use a screwdriver it seems and just uses a Phillips head bit in a drill it seems to undo screws but flogs them out and then voids warranty saying I have tampered with or altered behind the control panel. Says bolts were very worn and they were Phillips head screws, and he couldn't remove because I'd worn them out. I wouldn't know what to alter or tamper with in there. Puts screws back in the wrong place. Boss lady told me when I dropped it off that they don't do warranty on eBay purchases through their store even though I picked it up from their store. She was corrected when she called headquarters. Maybe this is their way of easily not honoring warranty. Go to pick up and see a guy look in the fridge a few times out the back through the flaps on the doors. Takes 7 minutes or so for the lady to bring it out though it was on trolley the whole time while he opened and closed it and they talked. I asked what old mate was looking at and said about it with no response. Told her I'd never be back in this store again. She said she wished she never had to go in there again aswell. So a $500 fridge with 32 months warranty left on it I now have to take to the tip. Great job mildura store with your arrogance, rudeness, and incompetent staff. I will never be back and will never buy kings rubbish again. Congratulations on ripping people off. Can't reply to Jaydens reply, but can add here that he is full of it and there's no rust and screws were never touched by me and fridge was always kept in cover. So yeah whatever you guys are dodgey and you know it

The freezer didn’t even work for an hour . Did not cool at all. Took it in to get checked and replaced before my trip thats what i got it for, still didn’t get any update on that. Suppose i have to go to trip without it. Wasn’t even offered a refund. Spent $600/- for nothing. Battery, cover, wires, and freezer itself. Really disappointed.

first time ever in this shop n omg the range is ab fab n the service i think we spoke with every employee there lol they were just so helpful n polite not pushy , biggest thank you to Lee n the beautiful lass that helped n explained things great was wonderful didnt catch her name but she wears a pink cap ya just cant go wrong at mildura 4wd super centre folks

I had a fantastic experience at the Mildura store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance. I don’t usually enjoy shopping, but Jarrod made the process quick and seamless. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and ensured everything went smoothly. On top of that, I was paying with a Christmas voucher that had a missing number, and Jarrod, along with another team member, resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

We came in to store to top up our gear pre taking off on the tinny rally. Cally looked after us big time,she is a championess.
