To apply and request a fundraiser BBQ at your local 4WD supacentre, you agree to the following:

We are collecting your personal information to process your sausage sizzle booking, along with any purposes that are listed within our Privacy Policy.

4WD Supacentre collects and manages your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting this enquiry will simply record your interest in hosting a sausage sizzle. Actual event bookings are managed by your local 4WD Supacentre store representative, who will be in contact with you following submission.

Please Note: A 4WD Supacentre Team member will reach out to you to manage your enquiry and support with your event request.

What will 4WD Supacentre Provide?

• $100 worth of Sausages, Onions and Bread to support and lower your expenses
• Barbeque Hotplate Unit
• Filled Gas Bottle
• Adventure Kings Gazebo and Weights
• Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit
• 2x Adventure Kings Fridge/Freezers (1x for Food, 1x for Drinks)
• Adventure Kings Power Pack
• A-Frame Chalkboard
• 2x Adventure Kings Tables
• 10L Water Jerry (wash hands and clean equipment)
• Cleaning Supplies (i.e. Degreaser)
• 2x Adventure Kings Throne Chairs

What do you need to provide?

• More Sausages, Bread (Sliced or Buns), Onions
• A minimum of 3 volunteers
• Popular Condiments
• Cans of Soft Drink (Alcohol and energy drinks prohibited) - including zero alcohol beers
• Bottled Water
• Napkins, Bag Liners, Gloves
• Cooking Utensils (Tongs, Knives & Spatula)
• Oil Spray or Bottled Oil
• Cleaning Equipment (Paper Towel, Detergents & Hand wash)
• Cash Float
• Eftpos Machine Option/Cashless payment option (Optional - if equipped)
• Appropriate clothing (Aprons recommended)

Who is Eligible to apply?

• Local sporting clubs
• Schools, Kindergartens or any educational institution
• Local community enthusiast groups (i.e. 4x4 clubs, fishing clubs, camping/hunting groups)
• Service clubs
• Charity Foundations

Please note 4WD Supacentre has the right to decline any application that does not align with our values.

How to Apply?

To apply for a sausage sizzle at your local 4WD Supacentre, simply apply through our online enquiry form https://www.4wdsupacentre.com.au/bbq-fundraiser-signup. A team member will be in contact with you following your application with the next steps. They will also request further information about the organisation. We recommend having a Letterhead ready.
