At approximately 5:30pm on November 24th 2021 we identified a data entry issue on our website.

This issue unintentionally caused approximately 10 products, and their associated combos (bundles) to incorrectly display as free delivery when the total saving amount was smaller than the total freight charged.

We have identified any impacted orders and already processed a refund for the difference.

Customers who purchased with the impression of free delivery have not been charged for any portion of the delivery value after the refund was processed.
