Went in this morning with the intention of picking up an order that was ready (which I did) but prior to that I decided to have a quick look at solar setups and see what was available for my requirements. A young bloke came over and offered me some advice (Michael I think he said his name was ?) and I must say he was quite pleasant to deal with and he bundled up a nice little package at a discounted price which I was happy with ! I’ve purchased kings gear before and never had any issues, hopefully this will all be worth it ? One thing I’m not happy about was he said the bundle would include a small torch but unfortunately that wasn’t included for some reason unbeknown to me. Maybe he forgot about it ? I should’ve checked more carefully, anyway feel free to mail me the torch if that’s possible please because I really would like that.

Had the most beautiful experience with the best worker there, Dalia. They have looked after both my partner and I twice now and have been absolutely amazing. We cannot fault the store's amazing service and range of products. We are most definitely loyal customers now!

Bought a 6x3 and a 3x3 gazebo. The 6x3 has disintegrated in a matter of a week. Terrible plastic design canopy and the steel is very weak. Had my last gazebo for 2.5yrs from Bcf have to return to buy another one. Haven’t opened the 3x3 kings gazebo yet will be returning it. Service it good but cheap dodgy product, don’t buy a kings gazebo you Will regret it!! See pics

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have spent thousands, but after what happened on the 1st of Dec, I am absolutely furious. I brought in my 75L MKII Dual Zone fridge — not even 3 months old — because it stopped cooling and kept throwing E3 and E1 errors. I arrived at 10:45am, and they took it out the back for “testing.” Over TWO hours later, they finally came back and fed me some nonsense about “loose wires” and a “non-genuine fuse.” That is an outright joke. This fridge has NEVER been opened, NEVER had a fuse replaced, and has only ever been used exactly as sold. Whatever happened to it during those two hours is on them. To make things worse, the display screen — which worked when I brought it in — is now completely dead. And after all that, they had the nerve to refuse a replacement or repair under warranty for a product not even 3 months old. Absolutely dodgy, shady behaviour. I felt completely dismissed and brushed off like my time and money meant nothing. I’ve now contacted Consumer Affairs NSW, because this is unacceptable and I refuse to let them get away with it. I hope this review is recognised and people see this before buying from here in near future. Assuming new management has been given, because the staff who know me and seen me every single time, to completely new faces and staff throughout.
