Just bought a full kit out for our Ute. Izzie helped us with all our questions, offered explanations and advise where needed and explained things extremely well. She was always looking for ways to be helpful, and was always polite and attentive. We went in expecting it to be a bit of a hassle to get everything but Izzie couldn’t have made it easier.

Warning. Don't trust anything the managers say. I went to pickup a daily special on the email sent to all customers. They wouldn't give it for that price as as they said it looks like an error. Then Lisa rang someone and said the lowest price they could do is $2 more than the advertised price. I said I would like to get it for the advertised price. She rang anouther person and they said it is a system error and I need to pay $77 more to get it. The final price I could only get for was $255.09. I sent review and walked out. My advice if you want to shop there. 1) Don't trust daily email. 2) Ring store before going to check that price is really what is advertised.

I visited the store yesterday on an unplanned trip. After spending over $700 including an XL tourer 270° awning, we made this purchase based on being told that Kilburn had heavy duty adjustable brackets and they had called ahead to reserve a set for us. We needed this urgently as we leave Thursday. We were very disappointed after making the 45-minute drive to Kilburn only to discover from their manager that Seaford had never called and no brackets were in stock. While the Kilburn manager was apologizing for how this reflected on them, the Seaford manager actually called at that moment asking if they had brackets in stock for our awning. I was extremely frustrated by this unprofessional behavior. We had been falsely told that they confirmed stock availability while we were in the Seaford store, yet we drove 45 minutes from home to find no brackets for our awning, just days before our Thursday departure. I'm not surprised, but going forward we won't return despite having spent thousands in these stores. Being deceived just to make a sale is unacceptable. We have had to spend an extra $50 and track down a set on Facebook marketplace. The worst thing is on the receipt they’ve marked off we’ve taken the brackets too. Clearly somebody who doesn’t know what they’re doing shouldn’t be behind a counter.

The amount of genuine specials in this store is bonkers. I’ve already been in several times and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Had Daryl (the tall) the first time, had me sorted in no time. Came in today and had a different Daryl (The Viking) and again, really helpful and friendly. I’m not sure how many more Daryl’s they have in there but so far their plan on hiring many Daryl’s is paying off. See you guys again soon!
