⭐⭐ – Ongoing issues with support and follow-up Purchased gear from this store and am currently in the middle of an unresolved issue regarding a wiring loom. The process has been frustrating and has required more back-and-forth than it should for what is a fairly straightforward problem. Staff in store were polite, but follow-up and support have been lacking, which has dragged the issue out unnecessarily. When you’re spending money on touring and electrical gear, you expect clearer answers and better resolution. Plenty of stock on the floor, but customer support around faults and fixes really needs improvement.

The service and staff at this Kings store Dandenong are next level amazing and exactly how a business should be run. Many may consider the Kings products themselves to not be top of the range, but much of what I have bought from them from camping chairs to electrical has been very reliable. I did have one issue recently with a Kings portable 36 Ah li battery where it would not charge properly, took it back to Kings Dandenong, they put it on their charger and within ten seconds the lady said nup its not charging in their store and said it will be replaced with a brand new in the box unit no questions asked. I almost couldnt believe it as nearly every single place you take a faulty item back to says sorry but we have to send it off for testing to make sure it hasnt been used incorrectly or some excuse to stall the refund process or exchange the product. The staff are always helpful and knowledgable here, and while getting a replaced brand new battery unit i purchased the Kings 1300mm slide out kitchen drawer unit for a very reasonable price and am more than happy with its build quality and sliding mechanisms.

Very poor customer service. On the day of purchase all friendly and welcoming even said you can return within 30 days when I bring it they were refusing to refund it back and offering store credit.

Visited the Dandenong store 7/12. Toby was an absolute legend. Got me in and out of the store with everything I needed and super quick. He was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended products that would better suit my needs than what I had intended to purchase. Absolutely would return to see Toby for the rest of my setup.

Jorja was amazing looked after us so well I actually made a comment before we purchased our items that she is brilliant. She didn’t try and sell me things I don’t need and wasn’t pushy which I would have walked out without a purchase as I do not like that type of selling. Jorja helped us with every inquiry and we walked out with a full set up, to be told this is her second week blew us away. You have an amazing asset to your store right there, keep doing what your doing Jorja your a natural. Thanks for helping us today we appreciate your help and honesty.
