Came here to purchase Jump Start after checking online and having a conversation with their customer support team on phone, and on arrival, found out they can’t sell it. WTH.. If you can’t sell it then why do you list it online and the female staff was like “ We can’t sell it. It is simple as that” And bought another random one.

This was our first time at this store and we will definitely be back. We travelled 2 hours to get a product as the closest store to us didn't have any and Dave was an absolute delight to deal with. Thanks heaps for all your help Dave, we will definitely be back.

Please don't make the same mistake we did and buy a Kings Rooftop tent. We bought it in Melbourne with a one-year warranty. We travelled around Australia once (30,000 km) in 7 months with it. After several gusts of wind on the motorways from road trains, our front Velcro fastener no longer held and the tarpaulin was damaged. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told that we should only have stayed in Victoria with the roof tent because of the weather conditions, so the roof tents are not suitable for NSW, Queensland, NT or WA! Not good quality! Not good service!
