Please don't make the same mistake we did and buy a Kings Rooftop tent. We bought it in Melbourne with a one-year warranty. We travelled around Australia once (30,000 km) in 7 months with it. After several gusts of wind on the motorways from road trains, our front Velcro fastener no longer held and the tarpaulin was damaged. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told that we should only have stayed in Victoria with the roof tent because of the weather conditions, so the roof tents are not suitable for NSW, Queensland, NT or WA! Not good quality! Not good service!

Great customer experience 👍 I went to collect an order today, upon approaching the counter a young lady (I'm terribly sorry I didn't catch your name, because you deserve a shout out) enthusiastically greeted and asked how she could help. She proceeded to go and collect my order, lugging 3 boxes by hand and apologising profusely for the condition of one of the boxes (she looked for the best one she could find). She then headed out to collect the trolley and save me a trip. None of this was expected but I want to say your passion and energy has secured a return customer. Thank you.

Every time I go to this store, you’re always greeted with a smile and “can I help you with anything” within 5-10mins of walking through the front doors. Staff are always willing to help, answer any questions, explain something if you don’t understand it and are always happy for you to just walk around have a look. Well done to everyone and keep up the fantastic work.

My teenage son and I went into 4wd Supacentre in Ravenhall on Saturday - we were very confused and were so fortunate to be served by Josh. I explained our situation and our needs and Josh personally picked out what we needed and spoke to my son about how it all works. To add to this he came and checked out our vehicle to ensure the power source outlet was appropriate and even took a phone call from us the following day when we were trying to put it all together. What a refreshing change to have such knowledgeable and expert service. You have a real asset there with Josh and we will only be purchasing under his guidance in the future! Thank you
