Brought a winch at the boxing day sale. Pulled the bullbar off and the winch didn't fit. I didn't mark the winch the box it came in just needed some clear tape on one side as I only cut one side of it and flipped it open the straps were not cut I slid them off. Went back to the store to get a refund and was told that because the box has been opened and its a clearance item there is no refund. I asked what am I to do with a item that doesn't fit and i was told not my problem. We are travelling around Australia and this is the first time I have heard of this no refund policy due to the box been opened and been a clearance item. I will not shop at any 4WD supacentre ever again and I will be informing every person I know and meet on my way around this great country of ours. I have just had a reply from kings and their saying if the purchased item is in its original condition and can be sold again then you can get a refund. Take a look at the photos that I have added it looks like it has just come off the shelf when you open it everything is back in its original spot as I took photos of how it came out of the box.

I received an Upright Fridge Organizer as a Christmas present. I cut the clear tape that closes the carton, to check if it would fit my slide out fridge as I don't have an upright fridge. It was too long. I put it back in the cardboard carton, the packaging was not marked or broken in any way. I took it back to the store for a refund or store credit and was told as the tape had been cut it could not be returned as it was company policy. I will NEVER shop at any of their stores and will be tell as many people I can about my disgraceful experience. Hi Jayden, no you have got it wrong. The outer clear tape cut yes, the product was still in its internal clear plastic bag. If the store manager took the time to look, he could have seen this. The adhesive tabs on the product have also not been removed. Everything other than the clear outer carton tape including the carton is in new resalable condition. I am still very unsatisfied.

The team at this store have really good knowledge of their products. They are super friendly and helpful. We bought an item as 'click n collect' while we are full time travelling Aus. When we went to collect it, we just happened to find more of their great items that we needed! And they even did a little discount for us! The store has so many things for caravanning and camping, pretty much a 'one stop shop'. Thanks guys!!

The range and quality of goods is terrific. The customer service is brilliant. The staff helped us achieve the best value for our spend. It is well worth the short trip to their warehouse retail store to get the great savings. We are real, unassociated customers who appreciate being treated like valued customers and not just profit.

I had wasted all morning driving around to camping shops trying to buy a tent. I started at anaconda who had a couple of staff on the floor with zero interest in servicing or selling. I even tried to buy a tent at the counter that was out of stock and was told to buy it online. I walked to BCF Wendouree and spent about 20 minutes in the tent aisle with no sign of staff so I thought I would go to the new BCF in DTC where I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady at the counter. I wandered upstairs and then downstairs and didn’t see a single staff member serving. Once I found the tents and spent 15 minutes looking at options I lined up at the counter to ask for some service. I went back to the tents and waited another 5 minutes without a sign of any staff before I walked out. I finally landed at the 4WD Supacenter in Wendouree where I was greeted by Graeme as soon as I walked in the door. He took me to the tents and told me all about them. He then told me about some deals where he added in a floor covering for the tent. He then asked about bedding and if I needed anything else for the tent. After he kitted me out with everything and added discounts and applied deals I walked out with everything I needed and more. I also noticed a heap of staff on the floor all service customers and helping out at every opportunity. I will definitely be back for more.
