Best Customer Service from Vikki E at the Bendigo store, cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. A combined total of about 5hrs over 2 days spent assisting my husband and myself to set up our 4wd completely where we can just fill it with food and drinks and go. Her product knowledge and customer service were second to none, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, at the best possible price. What you can't see in the photo behind is the back seats laid down and the entire back full of boxes!! Will definitely be visiting you guys again if we need anything in the future! 😃

I have Been into the Kangaroo Flat store twice this week. Purchased a 40l fridge and a Battery pack, second time was just for a quick look. Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the fridge and battery pack. Always pleasant and helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently went to Kangaroo flat for the first time ever. Like many i've heard the horror stories about the brand however the service was brilliant from the moment I walked in and was pleasantly offered help to which i declined as I wasnt sure at the time and later I was helped helped by Kim, thank you for a rare and pleasant experience. I will return, more willingly.

A good crew man this place and have a genuine focus on hitting you out as well as they can and at the lowest cost. Gear I have bought has done the job as well, and sometimes better than more pricey rival brands. The only criticism of the company overall is that they have "specials" on a somewhat confusing basis that can be a bit frustrating. You pay full price only to find the same item heavily discounted a week later. Would be great to have some idea of when sales are coming..
